As for fanfics... Hm... It's been a while since I've read many Harry Potter fanfics, but... I... recall these three being good when I read them.

Also, Luna's Year was apparently popular (I couldn't get into it). But I think I liked a few of michelle-31's other fanfics (which are usually Luna centric).

while i usaully don't assess jailbait, i don't think the picture does her real justice as it makes her look like she has a huge forehead, personally though she looks more like a cute little sister more so than any degree of hotness.

IIRC, the HBO special on the making of HP and the OotP mentioned that she was into HP fanfiction and even implied that she had written some. Can anybody confirm this and link to any stories that she may have written?
Back on topic, I will agree that she definitely had some well-acted lines and will definitely be worth paying attention to in her future work. IMO hotness is too subjective an issue. Luna's characterization in fanon skews my appreciation... I dislike the way she drops off the map after Shell Cottage in DH. I get the feeling that JKR wanted to write-in a Draco-Luna pairing into that Epilogue from Hell (afterall who else would be likely to name their kid Scorpious?) but chickend-out.
Anywho... Any list of Loonies & Lions will have to include Lovegood, Boobs Gooder by nonjon.
