I didn't think this might tie in to Blackbeard. But what you suggest makes sense - eating a vital organ of a devil fruit user can give you their powers too. But .. I thought that Blackbeard's power had an element of something mysterious which allowed him to have more than one power. Big Mom can't have multiple fruits within her ... unless Caramel's the only one in there.

Hmm... wouldn't quite explain WHY Big Mom is so damn powerful though. I feel that we're missing something.

Blackbeard is the only one with two fruit powers but if I remmeber well, his crew was hunting demon fruit users to steal their powers. I think this
was to give his comrades the devil fruit powers of their targets. So he has discovered a sure method to take the power directly from the lastr user instead of killing them and wait that the fruit grow again.

Showdown. It's a show-down. As chaotic as things appear, I feel confident that whatever happens the King of the Pirates will NOT be seen running away. He faced the marines some arcs ago and he's going to stand his ground here too.

I can't quite figure out WHERE the grema-66 will be in all this, but it's VERY likely that Big Mom is going to lose face - Badly. By whom, is the question now?

On another note, I wasn't expecting that statement from Beige. He's loyal to his crew? Wow. Most certainly wasn't expecting THAT. I'm impressed.

If the back-story was any indication, we're going to find out EXACTLY what Big Mom did in her eating rage!!!!

Wonder what will happen to the fire tank pirates?

In a sense, I can understand why Oda didn't have Zorro in this arc. He's as stubborn as Luffy when it comes to facing opponents. The crew would never have been able to run away otherwise!
