Naruto Other Sanin/Team7 relations

I was windering if anyone was thinking about making a fic where the Sannin chose differently. Can anyone see Sakura going to Orochimaru, Sasuke being trained by Jiraiya and Naruto learning to be a medic-nin under Tsunade ?

Not really no. Naruto has neither the personality nor the control to handle being a medic, of the ninja variety or otherwise. Sasuke's superiority complex and attitude that screams out that he thinks he deserves to have everything handed to him on a platter (which admitedly was starting to fade slightly before Itachi mind fucked him again) would have Jiraiya keeping him at arms length if not further. I'm not even covering whats wrong about Orochimaru choosing to train Sakura.

I'm actually intending to have Tsunade be Naruto's trainer in my fic. So in a sense, I'm using this idea.

I had that problem for the longest time too MD. GenocideHeart had to use a crowbar to get me off my ass and go read it. It's Ino-centric (not a bad thing, just not as much Naruto screentime) but really good once you get into it. Speakin of which, whens the next chapter coming out GH?

As soon as I'm not swamped in projects. Next up is the Forest of Death, and it goes almost exactly as canon, except that Orochimaru pegs Ino with a lesser Curse Seal (one intended for grunts, since her Monju jutsu intrigued him), and Naruto doesn't get the seal on his stomach, because when Oro is about to slap it on, he gets blindsided by the Marsh team... specifically, by Maki.

Chalk it up to his experience with Tsunade that he doesn't get his head twisted off, but Maki isn't stupid enough to stand around and let him recover. So they all flee.

That also mean that Naruto is the one who gets to hold the Sound nin off, since Maki has to go recover her own team after bringing Team 7 somewhere safe.

And I look forward to pretty much any of your writing projects so I suppose I'll be happy to wait. Though i suppose there really isn't much other choice, eh?
