In a way he kinda is. Minato from the end of P3 can romance nearly any girl, his stats mean he can ace any test and charm anyone, and he's almost Jesus*. If it's Minato who got sent back with almost nothing that's another matter. I only intended to use him as a device to Hanatarou back to SS before he had to flee his <s>fangirls</s> friends.
