Peter nearly became engaged to Gwen Stacy. Gwen had an affair with a slightly amnesiac Norman Osborn and became pregnant with twins. She ran away to have the kids and left them to be cared for by Norman. Norman regained his memories of being the Green Goblin. He lied to the kids and said their father was Peter Parker. The kids have some advanced aging thing somehow. Norman as GG kidnaps Gwen Stacy and throws her off a bridge. Spider-man attempts to save her and quite possibly accidentally snaps her neck in the process. Years later the kids confront Peter believing him to be their father, he tells them Norman is. Sarah believes him, Gabriel doesn't, he finds out the truth later and becomes Gray Goblin, goes bat shit loco, etc, doesn't really matter. Sarah joins Interpol as a trainee.
Now Sarah who looks like Gwen, is quite the hottie for probably being under 10, but at least 5. Now if Peter somehow gets involved with her there are so many things wrong with it, that it simply must be done.
