https://www.fanfiction.net/u/10781883/George-Clooney (used to be Tom Cruise Fan but the user ID number is the same) is posting verbatim several HP fics as his own. The original stories are by kb0, Tigerman, Wind Whisperer, and S.M. wane.

I've reported the bastard and PMed all but one of the authors (no PM link on their author page).

That guy has been around for awhile. Multiple accounts; every few days a new one (or an old one with a new name) will pop up. He's so easy to spot too: a dozen or so stories posted, all of which show as being published within the past 1 or 2 days.

There is a nice TAPIR thread on FF.net talking about this guy. The last update was a few minutes ago as of me posting.
