I've always thought it was kind of hilarious how Gardevoir's various pokedex entries stress that it can warp dimensions and create black holes, but those informed powers are completely absent from it's abilities and moveset. Seriously, who the hell wrote a pokedex entry stating a particular pokemon can create a goddamn black hole... and then didn't give that pokemon a "black hole" signature move? It boggles the mind.

If you read some of the Pokedex descriptions they make it sound like these images are probably pretty close to what some of those things would actually be like.
