Harry Potter Preparing for War

After reading enough crappy fics, I've decided to go back to the joys of published literature for a while, and after picking up Orson Scott Card's Ender's Game for the third time, an idea came to me...Why not have Harry put through a war preparatory school?

I guess the sticking point would be with Dumbledore wanting Harry to be stuck with his relatives, but the Unspeakables could be used as a convenient plot device. By having some of them share sentiments with Dumbledore that Voldemort isn't quite dead yet, they would place monitoring charms on Harry so that they can observe him. After he reached a certain age (6 sounds reasonable, doesn't it?), they come and replace him with a doppleganger using polyjuice potion. They then enroll him into an war preparatory school, teaching him everything about combat, strategy, and anything else needed to win a war. Then as his eleventh birthday rolls around, they send him back to the Dursleys in order to prevent Dumbledore from getting suspicious that somebody else is messing with Harry. He would then be taken from Privet Drive every summer for further training.

Any comments on this crazy idea?

This idea is full of win and merit. Ender's Game is an amazing book, and the influence that idea might have (even if not the exact situation) on Harry would be awesome.

Wouldn't it be simpler to just have Harry go on vaction to some obscure country that speaks english and doesn't exist in the real world that has a millitary acadamy for potential officers that accepts students based on ability rather than age? Just have his uncle kick him out of the hotel room or something, have Harry do something to garner the atention of one of the instructers and when he invites Harry home so he doesn't have to spend the night outside Harry shows he is unusually smart for someone his age by doing something like beat the instructer in a tabletop TBS or something. Though this kind of idea would work better if you held off on haveing Harry return untill he was old enough to have compleated or almost compleated his training. Then have dumbles find him. If you want to keep combat and tactics purely or mainly magical then just make the school a magic one. Perhapes the school works a lot like Outer Haven or is run by a MERC group of some kind and was employed by magical England to help deal with Tommy boy because they lack the needed trained personell to form a working millitary police force to deal strictly with Tom's forces.
