problems accessing the forums

Has anyone else come across people having problems registering for and accessing the forums? A friend of mine tried to register the other day after I sent him the link to the Naruto Skippy List and it told him that he needed to register to view the forum and as far as I know his login still isn't working.

AFAIK Hawk first has to check the application and then activate the account in question before you can access the forums. So it could just be that Hawk's a little busy now and hasn't gotten around to doing that yet.

Maybe you could send Hawk a PM and ask him to activate your friend's account in case he accidently deleted the application e-mail or forgot about it.
