Yes. It comes up when the amazoness and Chibiusa find out about Chibichibi and state it's impossible for her to be Usagi's second child since they learned about the Serenity line being able to only have one child in class.

TokyoPop's version of the page.

Saying the queen only has one child doesn't mean she can only have one child. Better translation pl0x?

Kurozuki's version of the page says "generation after generation the queen only gives birth to one child. "

seiya to the rescue!

You would be so proud of me- Not only have I convinced someone to read Gash Bell, but I also was able to partially defend Sailor Moon from their insults!

I feel like I've asked this before but I can't find this.

In the manga, the Moon cats never lost their memory originally, correct? Rather, Luna's memory loss is just some sort of weird gambit thing while Artemis does stuff behind the scenes?

EDIT: Yeah, I guess I did ask it a while back, but that exact question was never directly answered, so it still stands :D

Yeah it was a gambit, so they could protect Sailor Moon.

Seitora: Was Usagi even aware the inners died in the first arc? I can't remember.

Maybe? I only have the two Codename Sailor V books in print form right now (haven't bought any of the main series tankobon yet) and I don't really want to crawl through scan sites right now to check lol

Though the sense of tragedy at the end of Dark Kingdom arc was part of what inspired me for that Minako idea I posted in the ideas topic a few days ago.

You know, I've completely forgotten and I'm too lazy to look it up right now.

How did Usagi get to the Galaxy Cauldron, and how do Sailor Galaxia and her minions travel around at faster-than-light speeds? Magic? Senshi powers? Handwave? I can't remember anything about a spaceship with hyperspace capabilities.

They sprouted wings and flew there.

They're just really fast and capable of flight.

@[Seiya] or anybody else

Is Professor Tomoe's lab accident before or after he was outcast from the science community?

After. He got kicked out for and sold some his research for money, that he then used to purchase the area where he built his laboratories and Mugen Academy.

Has there been any word of god on whether the Wiseman that Galaxia met in her flashback was from the future or not?

I always thought that was Chaos taking the form of Wiseman.

He is a Spawn of Chaos, by their nature they are basically the opposite of the Senshi. Death Phantom more so then others due to his relationship with planet Nemesis.

As such it is quite possible that as a "human" form Chaos Spawn so much like a Senshi he might have a similar reincarnation cycle, though given his nature he it is in all likelihood a parasitic drain on the planet's he chooses.

So an incarnation of Death Phantom could possibly be the one who told Galaxia about the Galaxy Cauldron.

I was mainly wondering because it seemed like the type of thing that Wiseman might do, and might also explain why no other senshi showed up to help Crystal Tokyo in thanks for Usagi stopping Galaxia. In the original timeline, Galaxia would never have been corrupted, or started her downward spiral later on and lacked the aid provided by Wiseman's tech -- potentially slowly her down enough that she still hadn't reached Sol by the 30th century.

I need some help, I'm working on a cross-over in which Shingo (age 16) acquires the Star Brand during a White Event. I picked Shingo because he looks up to sailor Moon and V is noted as being intelligent, loves his sister and enjoys playing pranks on her and is still noted as being fairly responsible. Is this an accurate summation or have I been steered wrong?

If it is I need guidance on his personality by the age of 16, and his likely reaction to being granted such a dangerous power that comes with a heavy responsibility. Would he accept help from other people (Usagi/Sailor Moon) and how he'd likely employ the power?

Another reason I picked Shingo is because I figure Usagi and the rest would be there to help him deal with everything that comes with the Star Brand.

Shingo and Usagi have a healthy brother/sister relationship. He may get embarrassed a lot by her. But he knows she's reliable and looks out for him.

Sailor Moon is his idol, if she said she wanted to help him, he'd believe her in a heartbeat.

Minako butchering figures of speech comes from the manga, right?

OK Saturn has the power of Silence and Jedaite threatened to put Tokyo to the torch to get the Senshi to fight him, but do we EVER get any other indications of people being able to cause large scale death and destruction?

Queen Metalia drove most people on the planet insane just by awakening, IIRC, Dimande attempted to destroy all of reality by making the past and Present Imperial Crystals touch, Doom Phantom tried to drop Nemesis on Earth and kill everyone, Nehellenia destroyed the golden kingdom of Elysium by herself, and Galaxia could destroy entire planets by just snapping her fingers.
