Here, have some random radio documentaries.

Eagle, the Space Age Weekly - Eagle was a comic that inspired many children over the years.

Monty Python's Fliegender Zirkus, the story of the two special Monty Python made for German TV.

There may be more to follow, if you like this sort of thing.

If you don't, then maybe you can wait for me to post something that you do like.

For those that enjoy dystopian speculative fiction in the audio format, you could do worse than clicking here.

There's some stuff from J. G. Ballard and a documentary about dystopia in British fiction.

Necro tiem!

Welcome to Our Village, Please Invade Carefully is a radio comedy about an alien invasion that starts with a small village in England.

The pilot is OK, but it does get better.

It might also be inspiring a new fic idea. Wait, does telling you that make you want to check it out more or less?

Also, there is a radio adaptation of The Once and Future King being broadcast. I was wondering if you guys want to wait until all six episodes are up or want to check it out a week at a time.

Let me know what you want.

Thanks for uploading this - what is the order of the episodes?

Edit: did a google search and found the order on the BBC website.

I would prefer to wait for all six episodes.

Thank you again.

The episode sequence is in the metadata, and the second series is labelled in the filename.

Who wants a ten part abridged reading of Sherlock Holmes, The Valley of Fear?

What if I told you it was read by Sir Ian McKellan?

If that's convinced you, click here.

Or don't. I'm not the boss of you.

That was interesting.

However, I feel obligated to add this to the mix

It's called "The Dangers of Swears" and I'll leave it up to your own judgement as to whether or not you should look at this at work or leave it to when you get home.
