This is it, the final season and it will be 15 episodes. I expect the finale will be an hour long episode.
It seems hinted it's likely to end either just before or actually show the Battle of Scarif in Rogue One from the perspective of the Ghost, which can be seen in the scene in the movie briefly. They've said they want this final season to bridge the gap up to Rogue One.
A word of warning, expect some deaths. Executive producer Dave Filoni said their going for a "Rogue One aesthetic" for the final season, and that it will be darker in tone. We all know at least one of the crew has to die, but I suspect he won't be alone.
Forest Whitaker will be reprising his role as Saw Gurrera in the show as well. Which is nice.
There's legitimate reason to suspect that we may see Ahsoka again in the final season as well.
