If you mean the one from a few days ago... that read to me more as a sidestory than a replacement.

I believe KLSymph has said "Sightless Spark" is at least the fourth or fifth version of the same story, but that one of the early ones was never posted. I never read any of the other ones myself, and "Sightless Spark" is inscrutable and foreign to me.

I found Sightless Spark interesting, and neither bad nor great. Though I grant it a unique approach to a Negima and Ranma cross (if you can count that person as Ranma). But question the sheer amount of interest it seems to generate.

I almost wish I had read the prior version, as it is very few threads indeed that I ever hear complaints that it was removed. Especially considering how long it has been.

I've seen others removed or deleted. One author recently for all the threads he had made that were not branched off of yet were removed.
