Rekindling the art

So, basically I haven't really written anything for the a while (say, 2 or so years). Been wanting to get back into doing some writing, but I've taken up a new job and it's been so ridiculously busy. I get maybe one day off and on my free time I don't really do anything. You guys who have taken long absences from writing, how do you get back in stride? There's a lot I want to write about but how I can I sit and concentrate for a few hours a day?

Start small and slow.

After15 years of writers block, I found that having my tablet at work helped immensely.
Just a few ideas and small snippets here and there worked wonders.
I find that if I try and force something at a set time, I have no hope at all.

I open a word document and type the title.

Then after several hours of procrastination, I finally manage to write like 300 words or so. Then a bit more the next day and a bit more the day after that and so on.
