I always thought of ritual magic as a series of spells woven together to make a spell effect grater then its parts. I thought it would be an interesting idea for a fanfic where harry gets interested in ritual magic. You could have him become interested when he wants to become an animagus like his dad and he finds out he has to go through some ritual to achieve it. It could also be a way for him and his friend to try and find a way to get back at Voldemort. Hope someone writes this as I canÆt write worth a damn.
