I was just reading a HP fic which had a birthday party in the Room of requirments..

the thing is the room provides you with whatever you wish for right?

So what happens if you make a birthday wish inside the Room? Does it come true?

There are several things that tranfiguration and conjuration can't create so maybe and I bet you can't take stuff out of the room that was created. The Room also has no real effect on the outside world so if you with Voldemort was dead it wouldn't happen.

Actually book 7 proved that the room of requirement actually has at least some effect on the outside word considering that it made an escape root from the school to Hog's Head. Though I don't think it would grant wishes unless you asked for a physical object.

Ginny was sneaking out of the common room, armed with the marauders map she had 'borrowed' from Harry.
She made her way to the seventh floor wishing for her secret laboratory

she looked at the bed where a body was lying, she removed the sheets showing a naked Harry Potter. (NO LEMON)
