Does anyone know of any decent SM fics where the Japanese government ends up going after the senshi?

Basically, I'm after serious fics where the senshi end up fighting people instead of monsters, and seeing how the author has them end up handling it. Doesn't matter whether the government's the good guys or bad guys. No or limited crossovers too.

I think there was a ranma stroy where Ranma was enlisted to go after the Senshi.

It may have been by Teal Thanatos...although I can't say for sure. Last I remember, it only had one chapter though.

I'm sure some people have read Harry Potter fics where Harry is confident, strong, smart and/or powerful from the start. Looking for SM fics where Usagi is that. One's other fic's where instead of Usagi like that, Ami is. Thanks!

After seeing a picture of Minako On-line in passing that had her in a school fuku (no, not her senshi outfit), where it as partially ripped up (and no, not a hentai one), an idea came to me.

Have there been any crossovers between Sailor Moon, and Ikkitousan?

I would really like to see how the Senshi faired dealing with the fate of the Sacred Beads... Ideally, involving fights against the two series casts. Most likely through misunderstanding. Or perhaps an attempt by the scouts to purify any of them (if the fate registered as evil to them). or if the scouts dared tried interferring in a fight.

To be honest, I don't think it would really work unless it was a crack-fic. Ikkitousen is very different from Ranma, in that comedy is used very sparingly, and never when it comes to fights.

If they ever came to blows, I'm not sure the SM cast would hold up all that well, depending on how old they are. I have a feeling the Outers would end up covering for the Inners most of the time.

Kind of the point, or the idea.

I have a feeling the Outers would end up covering for the Inners most of the time.

I would read this setup, if it existed. A universe where the outers are actually in the right, and Usagi must conform to the ideals and morals of the outers, or fall, or convert the Ikkitousan cast to theirs (bwahahaha, yeah right).

Heck... last potential storyline that good for sailor moon dark stories I encountered was perhaps 'Life's Blood' by Dro'gan NiteFlier.

I'm thinking if those two groups were operating in the same area, that the dark kingdom would be as well. What would occur if by messing with the senshi, they might have to deal with the dark kingdom as well. Creating a 3 way battlefront.

I wonder who would win, for that matter, who the good guys would be.

As a true bummer... a check of FanFiction.NET yields no such crossovers. Though it can be hard to tell with their search.

Pity. I posted it as I thought someone would have thought of it. Considering just how many sailor moon crossovers there are.

I never posted this anywhere, but I did start a fic once where Usagi screws up big time first time out as Sailor Moon and in the aftermath essentially re-invents her hero persona as someone a whole lot colder and more efficient about fighting evil. There are far more notes than fic though and I never got as far as the Outer Senshi turning up. Actually starts is probably the wrong term: the one scene that's at all coherent is immediately subsequent to the Dark Kingdom arc and Usagi isn't present in the scene as anything but a subject of discussion.

In the fic, the Inner Senshi would know Usagi is the Princess, but believe that she doesn't know it. Meanwhile, Usagi is playing mysterious hero at the same time as Tuxedo Mask (who is running around trying to save a Sailor Moon that he just can't find, although he's certainly happy to help the other Senshi).

Interesting... a colder, more level headed Usagi. Would that have been only while in hero transformed mode, or all the time?

It would serve them good to not ID the princess, since the enemy would not know either.

As for Mask... I do not know if this would be anime or manga based, but if anime based and if she was really as cold as you state... I would hope she would not put up with the utter stupidity he shows.


Actually... thinking on this... this personality sounds more like what she is like in 'On A Clear Day You Can See Forever' by M MacKinnon (wish he would update, been about 10 months). She grows into the role, but takes a betrayal by Saturn pre story, and a supposed betrayal by Mars in story, before she comes around.

It, combined with an incident involving the Outers and Akane Tendo basically sets up a five way conflict between the Black Moon Family, Death Busters, Inners, Outers, and the Ranma 1/2 cast, with every single group trying to kill all the others (other than the Inner Senshi, of course.) Loved that story, but unfortunately it's been dead since 2001 when Fire from all accounts vanished from the internet. :headbanger:

Ah. Didn't think of that story - never read WOT. I got into fanfiction later than that, so I kinda don't really think about when these came out too accurately. I take it he doesn't write anymore for any fandom?

BurgerBecky, who keeps in touch with Fire, was asked this question on Fukufics. No, Fire isn't interested in fanfiction anymore. If I remember right, it was just a hobby for him while he was in college. When he finished, he had to deal with real life, and lost interest in it.

A pity there. I liked Vengence as well, and wanted it finished

Sad... but true. I had always hoped for an update to his Ranma Evangelion crossover. He left it on a cliffhanger.

Oddly, one of the only such crossovers to take the same approach with Ranma and Rei I can think of off top of head is 'Wanderer' by Chibi-Reaper.

A pretty good story, Usagi is strong but I don't think she is heading into Mary Sue.
