SCP-8400

Got this new phone. Problem: this is the second phone from them within the series (the other was a SCP-8400 as well). They all have the same problem: after a certain amount of time, for no reason, they crash. The main and sub LCD both turn light grey, as if the backlight is off, and refuse to do anything ... unless you remove the battery and reboot. Any ideas?

Can't say i know your phone but my old one did the same thing to me. I took it to the service, but after some time it did the same thing.

Best option? Change it, if you can't then check software & the likes. :huh.:
