That trophy isn't for getting 13 orphans. It's for getting Triple H lvl2. I guess it's possible McMasters just put in an alternate get method.

Yes, but beating Triple H isn't the only way to get Thirteen Orphans; thus, the trophy is for beating Triple H, and NOT just for simply getting a Thirteen Orphans hand.

I have yet to beat K-Dog, let alone Triple H, but I did get Thirteen Orphans once on Easy and didn't get the trophy.
