Search Request For HSDK Stories

Hi... looking for any fan fiction stories on History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi.

I've yet to see a single story on this series in English anywhere (found one in Japanese on FanFiction.NET though, not that I can read it).

I figured with it now complete, someone would have done something for it, but if so, simple searches did not turn them up.

Even as a crossover with something else would be fine (except Naruto or Harry Potter, as those are turn offs).

I second this request, I might add the only fic on FF.net is not only in Japanese but it's also a yaoi story -_-

I've been considering writing a Ranma crossover but I'm currently knee deep in other works... if anyone can find one or write one I would be greatly appreciative.

Brining in Ranma would make Kenichi useless.

I do not see why. Though I could see why one need be careful, but it is not undoable. For example, a post series Ranma with a beginning series Kenichi could almost turn him into another instructor. Or a post series Kenichi I suppose could be a good friend for mid series Ranma. Or perhaps met earlier in life, like at the candy/toy shop with the others. Many combinations possible.

However, it would depend when in each series the cross would occur. I could see serious repercussions to the canon timelines depending on that and which is introduced to which. Meaning, would it be primarily a Ranma cross, with Kenichi in Nerima, or a Kenichi cross, with Ranma in the Ryozanpaku area.

EDIT: Note though, while I would not mind such a cross, I was serious in my asking on *any* stories. Either canon match or not. A Kenichi / Kisara would not be bad, but there really are not too many other girls in this series Kenichi could be matched with other than Kisara or Miu or flower girl.

Kenichi/Kisara would be nice. I prefer her over Miu anyday if I had a choice... Miu's cool and all but I found Kisara much more interesting (and the fact that she doesn't instantly own everyone she fights she's more fun to watch in a fight. I know Miu doesn't always and it's suppose to be a visual joke when compared to the other main fighters but it gets old after a while.)

I like both, so am a bit indifferent to choice. But really, considering the huge character base, there are very few females in this series. Very unusual for a Japanese Anime/Manga of this many episodes/chapters.

Besides the three I already mentioned there is Shuguire (not an impossible match, when you get down to it, since she seems to like him in their infrequent interactions), Mau-Sensei's daughter (which I just don't see working), and even counting some of the enemies, about the only ones at all given a background at all are the stupid power ranger/sailor moon female squad and their leader, and I just can't see either of them at all.

EDIT: Miu being so powerful is not really out of character, Kenichi grew strong under their teachings, but Miu *grew up* under them.

While the anime is over I have doubts that the manga is. The ending was designed as a transition into the next saga.

Well... while I've seen the anime all the way, I've only seen the manga I think through 60. However, all the way through the parts covered in both, they were very *very* close.

Even if continued, for fan fiction purposes, it should not be too much an issue to use anime as base if needed.

I don't know about the manga but there has to be a reason that YOMI was just introduced. I doubt it is truly over.
