As discussed in this thread, the idea is that Soul Society has public access television, and the captains and their divisions take turns hosting and producing a children's program entitled Seireitei Street. The challenge is to write an episode of this show as hosted by the Bleach Characters of your choice.
Is it before Aizen went evil, and his Mister Rogers' Neighborhood-inspired children's program that has all sorts of hints about his future that only make sense now?
Is it Division 11's own twisted take on the concept?
Is it Ichigo and co.'s turn to host the show, with help from a few other volunteers?
