Taking off of from THIS alternate ending from the Star Wars: Episode 3 Game, how would the universe change with Vader as Emperor of the Galaxy rather than Palpatine taking into account the rest of the EU.

Obi-Wan is dead and Padme could possibly still be alive if Anakin could heal her somehow.

Yoda alive and a prototype Death Star Under Construction

from what game is that exactly? I do not recognise it at all.

It's from the game adaptation of the last movie (Revenge of the Sith) I know the game came out for at least the Playstation 2, not sure what other platforms it's come out on.

Personally I'm still hoping that if they made the movies into games, they might make the Kotor games into movies.

Meh, while that would be cool its more likely that somehow Lucas would fuck up the coolness that is Revan and HK-47 by turning them into whiny angsting shits like they did to Vader in the prequels.

GAH!!! Don't say that! I have to hold out some hope that the originator of the awesomeness that is Star Wars would let any Kotor movies maintain the badassness of the character from the games. Though I wouldn't object to Bastilla getting screwed over big time. I never liked the arrogant lil bint.

I doubt they will convert the KOTOR into a movie, besides, it is very likely they will fuck it up, like other games turned movies, i shudder at the very thought of it

It would be much harder to fuck up KotOR for few reasons. Namely because big chunks of it is covered by what Star Wars is. Most of the characters already have a distinguishable voice. Hell, HK-47 has three appearances already with the same voice actor. Revan is the only one who would need a voice actor.

Locations are already modeled in 3-D so they would be easier to make as a more detailed version of the game models, though a few changes to cover switching from an RPG with few environment interactions to a more tied in environment.

Hell, a few of the oddities could be removed such as the Cortosis weave in every melee weapon while in the rest of the Star Wars universe it is described as insanely rare, even in the Tales of the Jedi period.
