This idea I thought up a few weeks back, while listening to Ryuki songs. Basicly, what if after Shiro and Yui have their happily ever after and everyone lives a rider-less life, someone rewound it, resetting the Rider Wars, wanting the fighting for fighting's sake, for it to never end.
Although, as a side effect, several people are brought back with their memories of the last time they fought... or at least, fought when Knight and Ryuki were around. This means Femme is brought back remembering the movie, Verde is brought back remembering the special, Ren and Shinji come back with the former remembering him winning the war and the latter remembers bleeding out after taking out a bunch of monsters.
For extra threats, add in Abyss, new riders made by the mastermind, restrict the Kanzaki's influence, Asakura could be dangerous with his memories, Mirror Shinji showing up, etc.
People who are likely to get memories back: Shinji (he was always the unpredictable one, and he's shown a resistence to Time Vent)
Ren (he won the war)
Kitoka and Femme (both of their last appearences had them dying outside of the armour)
Asakura (Same reasoning)
Kanzaki Shiro (He's the mastermind usually, and I theorise that using Time vent makes one immune to the memory erasure.
