Nasuverse Shirou-chan!

Yet another random abortion my mind churned out. I do that a lot, lately.

Anyway, it's the Grail war as we know it. Well, almost. It's just, well...

...the wrong Shirou.

You see, somehow, someway, instead of the Shirou we all know, we have a midget with whitish/electric blue hair and a grumpy disposition.

And instead of Arturia, what popped up was a strange lady made entirely of ice (at least that's how it looks), and who identified herself as Hyourinmaru.

It's not shaping up to be a good day for Hitsugaya Toushirou - commonly nicknamed 'Shirou-chan' by his torturers/friends.

And it'll probably be even less good later on...

 Well.... atleast Illya will be happy, at least one master is nearly her size now :sisi:

But somehow I can imagine some kind of alternate Matsumoto suddenly jumping up and run out of her class screaming :"Hold on Taicho, matsumoto's gonna save your cherry, leave it all to me!"

All the while Hyourinmaru tries to explain just how she replenishes her energy... :p

I was entertaining an idea like this a few days ago, but it was more around the lines of Emiya Shirou being an amnesiac Hitsugaya Toshiro. It also had Matsumoto tracking down her captain and finding Emiya-Hitsugaya after the Beserker arc.

That's 'Shiro-chan', not 'Shirou-chan'. No extender. =P
Are you positive? Both names have the extended O in them. Emiya Shir, Hitsugaya Tshir. And I've SEEN Hitsugaya's nickname as Rangiku spells it written as 'Shir-chan' in some English fansubs...

So yeah, the nickname should have that same extender as well... Otherwise it makes no grammatical sense even from a Japanese's PoV.

:huh.:

Besides, it's a crack idea. Bitching about spelling when the idea is pure unadulterated crack is... kind of like, how can I put it... foolish?

Now now, we all know that spelling mistakes and crack is closely connected... ^_^ cause I'm quite sure everyone remembers magical aunt Keitaro

Of course, it is, after all, an integral part of this forums history, twisted as it is. It's like TFF's own personal trap, fooling hopeful readers with a front of awesome only to unleash it's mindscarring secret ^_^

Off-topic!

You know, when you think about it,if we simplify it a lot, all it really needs is a particular strong legend to create a servant.

Like, say, the legend of the man that became the captain of the 11th division by killing the current captain?

And since he already is a spirit...

The thought of someone summoning Kenpachi as a servant scares me :unsure!:

PS. How weird is it to post something relevant to this thread under an offtopic note? :headbanger:

Yeah, I'm pretty sure.

It has to be 'Shiro' otherwise it doesn't make sense grammatically. 'Shiro' can mean 'white', which is what the nickname is supposed to be a pun off of (his hair and name). Yes, his name has the extender, but his nickname does not.

I could try to find the RAWs if you're really inclined. =P

And I'll say nothing more from Grunt's comment on the importance of grammar. =P

The first thing that went through my head when I read this was Berserker. Then the question popped up in my head; what other bleach characters would fit as servants?
Buyakuya as Gilgamesh, maybe. Or Ikkaku as lancer. Hmm.

Don't we have a thread about this somewhere?

Going by the Captain Stats, Gin, Aizen and Hitsugaya would be the only ones to qualify for Saber in the first place, given their all-around superior (nothing below 80) stats ... one of them SHOOTS people with his sword, one HYPNOTIZES people with his sword and well, only one of them actually goes up close to HACKSLASH (and freeze) people with his sword.
But Toushiro is already taken in Shiro-chan!, so... err.... hm!

(before you flame me, YES I KNOW that bleach stats != FSN stats, but they /do/ give an excellent general picture; while Unohana and Shunsui are close, only three of twelve are /elite/. Kinda sad, hm?

Well... Bleach-To-FSN.... Unohana or Aizen would qualify for Caster, I think. Odd as it sounds, they're both "caster types" from what we've seen so far (only that Aizen uses this to ARGLEBARGLEBLAST his opponents instead of healing people)

Archer... durr, I'll be damned before I say Ishida, junior or senior. I just don't like them XD

'zerker. Duh. Duuuuuh. He already looks like one, so leave before he stabs you.

Lancer... We've only seen one bankai-achieving spear-type user. And I think it'd be uncool to pit Ikkaku against an angry Hitsugaya with an angry Hyorinmaru ... or him actually battling 'zerker-you-know-who. I like baldy too much to have him end up as pieces of pained flesh.

As for replacing Gil: Aizen. Aizen, Aizen, Aizen. He has the attitude (not as bad as Gil, who already HAS d ivinity, but still!), he has the charisma (he has a giant army of power-hungry monsters who obey him, be it through fear, love or anything in between) but, well, you know, he lacks the whole Gates of Babylownd awesome factor. Fooling people into BELIEVING they're being fricasseed is not as cool as actually making porcupines out of them.

He's also a bit smarter.
Being smarter is all nice and good, but nowhere near as lethal as being on the receiving end of a ton of heavily magical weapons being thrown at you at way-above-sonic speed with frightening accuracy.

Just saying...

Well, he can have people THINK he fricassees them with the Gates of Babylol. Or whatever Aizen would call his version of that ('Key of the Great King: Gates of Heaven' *bzaaaaaaap*)

Yeah, and then Gilgamesh comes out of frickin' nowhere, whacks Aizen over the head with a frozen chicken and tells him to stop stealing his goddamn things. Starting with titles, story place and attacks...

Well either that or he just smirks at Aizen's beaten and bloodied body on the ground while explaining in great detail why some lowlife spirit could never ever come even close to attaining divinity. :p

I think it would the former :snigger:

Also I would like to point out that while the thought of a Kenpachi'zerker scares the crap out of me the thought of someone summoning Yachiru as berserker amuses me to no end.

Only question is...does a sugar high count as a rampage?

"Fools, behold the most powerful of servants, Come forth Berzerker!"

"RAAGGH, KEN-CHAN! RAAAGGH"

And thus was the awe inspiring power of the pink menace unleashed once again.

I can't shake the image of Yachiru somehow replacing Ilya. There is so much creepy symmetry there...

The moment I think of Ilya, I think of lolis seducing the main heroes, really I have no idea why -_- ...now, can you imagine Yachiru seducing someone? Anyone? And I don't mean the you-better-love-me-now-or-ken-chans-gonna-hurt-ya-bad kind of seducing.

It could be cracky...very very cracky

On the other side, the thought of Ilya throwing a tantrum before she goes to sleep because her servant refused to attack at night cracks me up.

"Cause, lil' kids need them sleep or ya gonna stay a midget ya entire life , so no sneaking out at night, brat."

Leave it to kenpachi to become more sociable after being summoned as a berserker. ;)

Y'know what? I just had an idea myself.

Make Kenpachi the Master and Yachiru the Berserker.

Watch the Master fight other Servants, and his Berserker Servant stand around and do very little... until and unless someone beats Kenpachi through h4x, at which point she disobeys Kenpachi's orders to leave the fighting to him, and ends up WTFPWNZing the enemy, Servant AND Master, in one go.

Just another day in the life of the Batshit Mad Twosome.

That probably would be a textbook case of "do not judge a book by its cover." Judging from some of the things Yachiru says and does, maybe she is a berserker in disguise anyways. The most obvious ones are not necessarily the ones you should always watch out for after all...

Can you see it? Between the little pink shrimp riding on his shoulder and Kenpachi's looks, EVERYONE would assume him to be the servant.

And react accordingly ("AIIII MY SPLEEN! MERCY! MERCY! HAVE MERCAAAAARGHLEBARLGERrglglhlh....")
