well my second order of "Showcase Presents" has gotten in so now I get to kick back with the orginal Mike Grell run of "The Warlord"(Grell was the creator and everyone else who took over the title just let it flounder, where as Grell kept it at least competative with Marvel's Conan franchise), and now Adam Strange, the Atom, and Hawkman(oddly enough I always perfered at least his early Silver Age incarnation to his Golden Age one). so thanks to amazon.com I've had my love for at least some of the silver and bronze age rekindled due to a plethra of "Showcase Presents" I've stumbled on that I rember fondly and want to get again. heck after pursueing some of the "Marvel Essentials" there's even some Silver and Bronze Age Marvel I wouldn't mind haveing.

so who here besides me rembers some of the high points of the Silver and Bronze Age? surly I'm not the only one that was a huge fan of the likes of Adam Strange(well ok, I can see there not being a lotta fans of 60's Silver Age space opera), the Atom, Booster Gold(Bronze Age here), Batman and the Outsiders(Bronze Age again), Doom Patrol(what the X-men ape), Hawkman, Jonah Hex, Metamorpho and on the Marvel side of the fence the Deffenders, Doc Strange, Caption America, the Fantastic Four and the Hulk(that's about the size of my marvel silver age interest really, wasn't a fan of Spiderman till the Bronze or Modern age).
