Also, there's no need to insult people for disagreeing with you. It does, in fact, make you look foolish and childish. At least Seiya remains fairly calm when he disagrees with people. Relatively.

I did not know that (or possibly forgot). Judging gender on the internet is far from easy. There has occasionally been discussion on whether Lord Raine is a girl or not.

That is literally not debatable or arguable, in story, it is as much fact as 1+1=2.
They also know that she's the only thing that can keep them from horrible horrible death, and that she does it, apparently often.
She also made them (Nigh) Immortal, cured all disease and sickness, and revived them all from the dead at least three times.
These aren't CLAIMS, like what Jesus has (Because everyone from then is now dead), these are actual actions, that she actually did, that have presumably been recorded, tested, confirmed and verified by a board of scientist's.
According to Seiya, Neo Queen Serenity can rebuild an entire city and resurrect everyone in it with a wave of her hand, literally with a hand gesture.
At that point, she's not a person, she's God, a Real God who is actually there and not just an imaginary friend to argue with other people about.
