I remember reading a star wars fic with several important things.
Anakin/vader has been restored to health and wears the suit for intimidation
The plot began at the death star where luke fails to get into the ship from there he becomes the apprentice
Vader and palpatine are father and son here

leia is eventually found, tried to be convinced, failed and disposed off
It ended with the emperor dieing of old age, the rebellion becoming nothing but terrorists instead of people fighting with an ideal and with emperor vader in the end.

It was pretty long and don't think it has a sequel

If anyone knows which fic it is thank you!

Any where Luke learns to use the force on Tatooine, when he was young? Kenobi teaching him is not a necessity.

Actually, a question: Someone in the past had to have discovered what the force could do. WOuld it be possible for someone to come to realizations like this independently?

What';s that fic where Obi Wan is sent back into the past at the end of episode 3? He's killed by Anakin and wakes up on Amidala's ship in Episode 1.
