All my recent attempts to work on Triumvirate have failed, so while I again cast it to the back burner, my full attentions in the Love Hina fandom again turn to my idea for Stargate: Hinata. (a topic for which can be found in the LH Ideas section.) This actually worked a great deal for me when trying to write The Angel of Doubt so I figure this could help me get things off the ground in this aspect. Plus, these topics are fun, you know?

So, there you go, toss out three or four characters or situations from Love Hina or Stargate and I'll see where things go!

Drat... I liked Triumverate.

Oh well... even if I like it, if you don't have the will or ideas, there is no point in you attempting to force yourself.

Note to PCHeintz72: Yeah... working on these has put me back into a bigger state of mind with Love Hina and I DO have some work I want to do with Triumvirate. It'll be out before my birthday in April, I know that lol. Anyway!

I have the first round here.

Keitaro

-Never listened to the odds, surprisingly. Much like his second favorite Star Wars character (Chewbacca being his first), Keitaro never wanted to hear the odds. Sheer determination had always worked for him before. That's how he got into Tokyo University, it's how he survived and thrived running the Hinata House, and it is pretty much his creedo.

Thats why he chose to blindly ignore the odds given to him by the SGC on the probability of ever removing Amaterasu out of Naru's body. Keitaro wouldn't accept that it was possible one of the other System Lords would statistically be likely to pick her off in a power struggle. His belief and determination is really all he needed.

-Keitaro never intended to activate the hidden and long forgotten Ancient City ship in the ruins of Mol Mol. He really didn't.

Su and her prototype Tama-MALPs had him cornered and he was left with few other options. It's not his fault he didn't know he had the ATA Gene.

-Actually resisted the urge use the Acient Time Travel device to go back in time and find out who is promise girl was.

General O'Neill wouldn't let him anyway, his betting pool on who it actually would be was a high stakes venture.

Jack O'Neill's Teenaged Clone

-Jack would never forget the day he met Motoko Aoyama, he would swear then and there he fell in love. Any woman who could split boulders and be sexy at the same time, without the huge body builder physique was a keeper.

He'll also never forget what it felt like to be the rock being split, either.

-As a liaison officer to the Royal Court of Mol Mol, Jack came dangerously close to gaining the title Prince Consort after a run-in with Su's Keitaro-clone of a brother.

-Was at first opposed to being in command of his own SG team. He had wanted to be different than his Elder Original self, but the Clone of O'Neill eventually relented.

Sometimes, being a diplomat had it's perks, after all. Being the Commander of a Mechanized Unit is also a plus.

Tsuruko

-Experienced a great deal of culture shock upon learning of Naru's fate, being the host of Amaterasu. Not because of what the implications on her religion, but be cause of the implications about exactly where she got her ki powers.

-Spent a lot of time with Teal'c while working with Stargate Command. Surprisingly, it's not for the reason the rumors would suggest, either.

The two spent a great deal of time discussing things related to fighting styles, warrior poetry and the finer points of meditation... (At least, that's how they tell it.)

-Unlike her younger sister, she was far less proficient with guns, yet no less deadly.

Mutsumi

-Was taken with Naru against her will when Amaterasu crashed into the hot springs. She narrowly escaped being the actual host of Amaterasu because Naru was closer.

Nevertheless, she would for a time play host to Amaterasu's mate.

-Upon her rescue and return to Earth, she worked side by side with Haruka to run the Hinata-sou while Keitaro was away working with Stargate Command.

-Accidentally managed to sneak in and propagate a new breed of Watermelon taken from a garden on P5U-3560.

Goa'uld-Naru

-Amaterasu had found perhaps the best host she had inhabited in perhaps 400 plus years in Naru Narusegwa. With a firey spirit, intelligent mind and superhuman strength, the Goa'uld queen knew she had it right.

Besides, something about the girl just clicked with her.

-Naru actually got a long with Amaterasu to a certain extent, and it was her feelings for Keitaro that lead for her desire for Keitaro to play host to her mate.

-For a Goa'uld, Amaterasu seemed to mellow out slightly with Naru as a host, being a more kind and gentle ruler, at least, by Goa'uld standards.

She actually gave 15 minutes advance warning before she had her troops rape and pillage a disobedient and rebellious village.

Shinobu

-Was not home when Amaterasu came gate crashing, so she was widely out of the loop as far as the situation was concerned. It was at least four months before she finally learned of the true fates of Naru and Mutsumi.

-Looked up to Samantha Carter whenever she would come with Keitaro and his other friends from work to visit. The woman was smart, attractive and managed to be everything she wasn't yet wanted to be.

It would be a later conversation, however, that exposed some interesting facts and insights about herself she might not previously have noted had it not been for Sam.

-Due to her own ATA Gene, Shinobu found she was an ace pilot of the Puddlejumper she had found in the Ancient City in Mol Mol.

The SGC noticed, too.

Kanako

-Successfully managed to sneak into Stargate Command disguised as her brother. She almost made it through the gate to the Alpha Site to meet up with him, but ended up being detained by the guards.

-After escaping from containment during a unexpected but all-too-common gate malfunction cut off power to the complex, she almost made an escape from the SGC, only to be caught again.

This time, General Hammond questioned her personally. After some consideration and a suggestion by Teal'c, Kanako was given a job and assigned to SG-14 as an infiltrator and spy.

-Almost lost her life in a truly epic battle, (see catfight) with Amaterasu. Kanako could not stand that her brother's heart lay with an alien controlled harlot, who already had a perfectly fine mate in that waify girl who also wanted her Keitaro.

After losing, she swore revenge. All bets are hedging that Round Two will be more epic than Round One.

May I add another idea up?
Go ahead. I'll get your new ones and any other prompts I've missed as soon as I can. So till then, enjoy the next batch!

SG-1 meets Tama-chan

ôCarter?ö

ôSir?ö

ôI think there was something funny about that ramen we had for lunch.ö

ôI feel fine, sir.ö

ôAs do I, O'Neill.ö Teal'c added for good measure.

ôSo you're trying to tell me that the floating turtle over there is perfectly normal?ö

SG-1 turned their attention over to their travel companion, Keitaro, whom had a small green turtle flying small little figure eights around his head.

ôYou have encountered far weirder things, O'Neill. Is it so hard to accept that the turtle possesses the ability to fly?ö

ôThis is Earth for crying out loud, how is that even possible!ö Jack shook his head. ôI feel like there should be some Pink Floyd playing softly in the background here.ö

Keitaro rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly as Tama-chan landed on his head. ôYeah, she's supposedly a rare Hotsprings Turtle, we call her Tama-chan. As for the Pink Floyd, do you prefer Dark Side of the Moon or The Division Bell

Jack shook his head. ôNevermind kid...ö

Daniel Jackson

-Did see a little bit of himself in Keitaro Urashima.

Both as a socially inept college student and as a budding archaeologist.

-Keitaro's supposed immortality always bugged Daniel. Being as he has a good deal of experience in dying, he was soul-jarringly bothered that Keitaro could take the kinds of beatings he did and just get back up.

He just wasn't human.

-Despite the rumors and the gossip, Daniel and Keitaro DO NOT share the same prescription for their eye glasses. There is no competition for who can be sexier. They are not rivals.

And there is most certainly no Unresolved Sexual Tension between the two them.

Haruka Urashima

-Was asked to be Japan's representative to the IOA on the recommendation of Seta, but turned the position down to help do Keitaro's job while he was away.

-Haruka, however, did eventually opt to catch a ride to Atlantis and do a stint doing excavation work on various Ancient sites, due to her rather detailed knowledge of the buried city in Mol Mol.

-Went into business with Mutsumi using the extra-planetary Watermelon seeds she had acquired.

These new ôHinata Melonsö were seriously hot sellers.

The Free Jaffa and Shinmei Ryu

-Thanks to the very good relations between Tsuruko Aoyama and Teal'c, the Shinmei Ryu became the first fighting school in the history of Earth to set up a dojo on an entirely different planet.

Jaffa from all around the Galaxy flocked to the Satelite school on Dakara, and then upon it's untimely destruction to the various planets throughout the Free Jaffa Nation.

-The Jaffa were looked down upon as tools and slaves by the Goa'uld. The remaining forces of the scattered System Lords that struggled to fill the Post-Anubis power vacuum. That is until some of them encountered a crack troop of Jaffa raiders with modified staff weapons and Naquadah-enhanced Katanas. Oh, and the ability to use powerful ki-based attacks was a plus too.

After one Jaffa used his abilities to cut through a landed Ha'tak, a lot of people stood up and took notice, garnering the Free Jaffa Nation a measure of respect it did not previously have.

-Though the Shinmei Ryu Head and Heiress both deny that this practice is in use, there is at least one incident that has been recorded on film of what has been called a test of a group of Jaffa initiates' loyalty, coordination and disipline. Outside observers have said it was probably for the sheer personal entertainment of those in charge.

Nevertheless, there is nothing quite like seeing a group of mighty Jaffa warriors doing a perfectly executed dance to Hare Hare Yukai, led by one of the Shinmei Ryu trainers. Be it hazing, a true test or just a way to ôlighten upö the Jaffa, this is something that baffled all who have seen the tapes. Again, the Shinmei Ryu elders would like to reiterate that this was unauthorized and most certainly is not condoned.

Kaolla Suu

-Thanks to it's considerable wealth and donation to the X-304 project, Mol Mol was allowed to appoint someone to the SGC's R&D department.

Naturally their own Princess was the best they could offer. This appointment was perhaps the second best moment in her short life.

-Was the first to discover the now famed Ancient City hidden away in the ruins at Mol Mol. In fact, she is a whiz with her mind bogglingly advanced technology because of the tools and materials she found in this very place. While not really fully understanding the ins and outs of the Ancient tech, she still utilized it to an astonishing degree of finess.

-Considers her absolute highest achievement to be the advances she made in what she considers Bipedal tanks. So much in fact that these self-contained tanks were made in Battlecruiser compatible sizes, making them ideal for dropping out of space and into the battle, and would eventually become the trademark of SG-23, also known as Captain Jack's Crusaders.

Motoko

-Was taken completely off guard by the younger Jack O'Neill. She had at first assumed, correctly in her mind, that he was like every other male whom walked the face of the Earth. He was completely driven by his baser lusts than an actual thinking brain.

She won't admit it, but one day she will take back this assumption.

-Had always looked down upon guns as lacking the fine subtleties of sword play and was almost militantly against training with them.

Until she found out that she was as good with a rifle as she was with a sword.

-After a particularly brutal couple of missions while embedded with the then Jaffa Resistance, Motoko endeared herself to the Jaffa much like her older sister did. Her valor and honor while serving with the Jaffa earned her the nickname, Sword of the Tau'ri.

It also managed to win her the hearts of more than a couple of young Jaffa, causing her no shortage of awkwardness and the rest of the SGC, Keitaro especially, no shortage of amusement.

Amalla Suu

-To better keep tabs on her sister, Amalla became Mol Mol's IOA representative.

-When she first encountered SG-1 while they were investigating the ruins, Amalla tried unsuccessfully to marry Daniel Jackson.

He was flattered, but couldn't go through with it after seeing the pet tigers she kept in her bed.

-Was a temporary Commander of the Atlantis Expedition.

I'm throwing up the prompt I have finished before I head off to bed. I'll hopefully have more after work tomorrow!

Mini-Jack's favorite mech.

-Was the first completed and operational, non-Tama themed Bipedal Mechanized Fighting Vehicle (BMFV) produced by Kaolla Su and the R&D Division of the SGC. Officially called the BMFV Wombat, it is a first for the U.S. Military, a walking tank. Roughly 12 feet tall, it strongly resembled a rather famous tank featured in a series of video games.

In fact, upon seeing it for the first time, Jack couldn't help but gasp and shout ôMETAL GEAR?

-Despite having adequate means to camouflage it, Jack painted his Wombat Orange and Grey.

-Has never fully explained the meaning of the name he gave to his Wombat.

Jack's Sense of Humor wasn't proper for a military vehicle. It wasn't named after his girlfriend, it wasn't a terrible pun and it didn't insight fear into his enemies. It was just what it was.

When Jack's realizes just what Keitaro has on his hands.

ôSo... Let me get this straight, you do what again?ö

Keitaro chuckled nervously. He wasn't really used to be put on the spot like this, especially by a group of people he had just met, doubly so when he realized that not only were they all armed, but he was on their freaking spaceship! ôI manage a dormitory house for girls, my Grandmother entrusted it to me when she left to travel the world.ö

ôAh, yeah that's what I thought you said.ö said Jack. ôSo, what you're saying is you live in a house full of beautiful women, complete with hot springs?ö

ôYes, that's exactly it.ö

ôAnd you're in college and currently studying archaelogy?ö

ôYes.ö

Jack shook his head and laughed. ôI think I speak for most sensible people when I ask you this. Why the hell would you want any other job?ö

ôWhy does everyone ask me that?ö sighed Keitaro in confusion.

The Hot spring planet

-After spending enough time around the Hinata crew, it shocked absolutely no one in SG-1 that the planet Amaterasu had chosen for her home was basically nothing but hot springs, grottoes, fjords and beaches.

-This planet, designated P5H-1080 was ironically the place where Mutsumi was rescued from being a Goa'uld host, mirroring the place where she was first taken on Earth.

-Amaterasu was forced to vacate the planet shortly after Mutsumi was rescued, mainly because she had a large problem patching up the security breaches that had allowed for such an incursion in the first place.

Not the best batch, and do please pardon the necro but heres a couple I have been trying to hammer out for a few months. Enjoy!

Daniel Jackson's continuing romantic successes/woes.

-Though he never really understood why, there was just some inexplicable force that attracted women to Daniel Jackson like bees to honey. Or in some rather interesting cases, they are drawn to Daniel Jackson, covered in honey. (This came after being dropped into the harem of a lesser System Lord by pure mistake)

The only person from Earth who has actually attracted more female Goa'uld to himself is none other than Keitaro Urashima. (It's rumored there was a minor civil war fought over him at one point.)

-There is a small group of women that Dr. Jackson can be positively connected to in a romantic sense. Among this group are; a pair of Tok'ra twins (don't ask), Amalla Su, and Tsuruko Aoyama.

-The list is much longer of the women who have failed (as of yet, mind you.) to woo Daniel. They include; Mutsumi Otohime, Mitsune Konno, a number of tribal princesses and interestingly enough, one male, the Crown Prince of Mol Mol, Lamba Su.

Jack O'Neill's clone tries to save Motoko from her off-world suitors the best way he knows how.

ôAbsolutely not!ö snapped Motoko, trying her best to supress the urge to kill Captain Jack O'Neill. ôI refuse!ö

ôLook, you got a problem with these Jaffa boys calling at all hours, asking for your hand in marriage. As an eligible bachelor, I can feel your pain.ö

ôSomehow, I doubt that very much.ö

ôRegardless, you just have to trust me, this is a perfect idea.ö Jack cracked what he thought was his second best smile. ôWhat, are you secretly afraid that you are going to enjoy it?ö

Motoko ignored what she thought was a dissenting voice in the back recesses of her mind and trudged on with her outright denial. ôNo, I have no fear of such a thing!ö

ôThen why are you so dead-set against this?ö Jack mentally ratcheted up his charm to eleven, recalling old lessons in the form of interrogation known as subtle flirting. ôI mean, what's the worst that could happen?ö

ôOh, you very well know!ö

ôActually, I don't know.ö Jack shrugged. ôLook, if you don't want my help with this, that's fine. I'm sure one of those Jaffa will make you very happy, Ms. Sword of the Tau'ri.ö

ôLook, I can't...ö

ôHow do you know till you try? I figured as a warrior you'd have some sort of ôDo-as-I-must-to-save-honorö mantra or something that would make this course of action nearly mandatory.ö

And finally, Motoko caved. ôFine. Do it.ö she whispered uncharacteristically.

ôI'm sorry, what was that?ö

ôI SAID DO IT!ö

Jack chuckled, victory in his hands. ôSee? How hard was that?ö

ôJust get this over with..ö

Jack shrugged. ôI'm not one to argue with a beautiful woman, so...ö Jack looked behind Motoko and saw the small herd of young Jaffa mulling about the courtyard of the encampment and nodded his head. He stepped up next to Motoko and put and arm around her shoulder. Lifting his fingers to his mouth, he gave a short, loud whistle to gain attention. ôYo! Jaffa, Kree!ö Noting that he had their attention, he took a deep breath. ôHate to break it to you boys but uh, as far as the Sword goes... I AM THE SHEATH.ö And then in one fluid motion he swept Motoko down dramatically and planted a huge, passionate and lusty kiss.

Keitaro learning how to use a gun.

ôI...I don't think I can do this...ö Keitaro muttered nervously, his hands feeling as if they weighed tons under the pressure of his sidearm. ôNever been good with violence.ö

ôYou studied martial arts when you were younger.ö Teal'c responded firmly.

ôYeah, me and millions of other kids around the world. That doesn't mean I'm some sort of fighting machine.ö

ôIndeed you are not. But firearms training is essential to all SGC personnel.ö

ôAlright, I can do this. Reticule to the center, pull the...ö Keitaro was cut off when he accidently pulled the trigger, failing to compensate for recoil and generally overreacting to the whole situation, he ended up smacking himself in the forehead with the back of his sidearm and fell the the floor.

ôGet up, Urashima. You will try again.ö

Keitaro groaned. ôAgain?ö

ôUntil you are proficient, yes.ö

Sarah MacDougal

-Was always suspicious of her Pappa's work, feeling it an insult to her intellegence that he told her he was simply ôawayö for months on end.

Her suspicions were further proved when Ketiaro showed up.

-Like she always did, Sarah found a way into the SGC, albeit with a bit of accidental help from Su and an experimental transportation device.

Unfortunately for her, she ended up inside of Motoko's locker in the showers. Where she sat for seven hours, till someone finally came to bathe.

-Went to stay with Haruka in Japan after the aftermath of The Siege of P3X-8465, choosing not to speak of the events of the battle for some time, having been present on the Apollo merely by accident.

another idea idea too how Naru (i am in favor of Naru being a host) was like how Sarah (Daniel's Sarah) became a host, either Seta or Keitaro bring the stasis jar to the house along with the hand device he found in a dig, and Naru gets mad hits Keitaro and on his way out knocks the jar over breaking it and Naru becomes the host.

also like the idea Naru taking motoko as her first prime too (like my ill-fated sg-1/LH crossover, no lets never speak of it again *shudders)
