Icyboards have forced through an update.
It seems to be image related.
The only thing I could find so far is that avatars have to uploaded to the site and urls are no longer valid.
To fix the Avatar issue you need to do the following
"clear the cache for "attachmenttypes" under Tools & Maintenance > Cache Manager"
Url's for Avatars are definitely disabled.

I noticed the quick edit (the post in line edit option) is gone, and all edits of posts force you to the edit screen instead. One problem with that is while it is the post box screen, most of the toolbar is gone, which to me sort of defeats the purpose of forcing users there in the first place.
I far prefered the quick edit myself.

Found the problem with Images being hosted by Icyboard proxy.
As of the 14th of Feb, all Icyboard forums are now using HTTPS rather than HTTP.
So all images now need to be hosted by Icyboards to get around the issue.
Icyboards have turned this on by default.
As we run a custom Domain perhaps this is being an issue.
Apparently, as far as I can tell, as a custom Domain we need to have a separate Certificate.

You'll need to work with Spork to set that up, most likely.
I would suggest https://letsencrypt.org/ as your CA.
They're both free and very, very reputable.
