Story Title Help

After spending the last several days getting a headache trying to figure out a title that I felt actully fit I was wondering if anyone could give me a suggestion or two.

--Plot Points--

1. Certain events are being constantly repeated throughout history but with each time the devastation left at the end grows worse and worse.

2. Just what defines good and evil.

3. The price of pride both misplaced and earned.

4. Duty... and its cost.

5 Character growth (probably the main plot point).

6. And just how long a person can do evil things for a good cause before becoming evil.

'Progress'?

It depends on which of your points are being used more, but based upon a few of the points you provided, I was thinking of 'Progress'. The word itself refers to advancement and development, and I thought it was fitting for what you presented. It's up to you. For me, I seem to have a type of fondness for certain words and 'progress' is one of them.

Your idea sounds really interesting. You ought to post it when you finish.

"Treasure of the Rudras"!

Just kidding... but several of your plot points mirror Rudra no Hihou's...

"Integrity, Honor, Murder"?

...What?

It doesn't quite click with what I have in the back of mind but I do rather like it, so I just might use it for a later story.

I would say character growth. Because while the story itself is built around an event that keeps repeating with the destruction that follows growing worse with each repeat, it's the growth of the characters good and bad as well as how they react to various events that take place that's going to be the main drive of my story.

One of the main goals of my story is that at the end of story when the characters are rather OC in comparison to their cannon counterparts (although some things will remain the same) is that anyone who reads it is not only going to be able to think that yes they can see why a character might have become that way and believe that various events would actually effect a character that way.

Thanks! I'm about halfway done with the first chapter so I will in a little while, I just need to finish it, go over it to make sure there aren't any plot holes that I don't want, and check to make sure that I don't have any overly large character bashing or worship.

It sounds like a rather interesting game from what wiki has on it, I might just play it in order to see if there anything I might want to avoid or to bring over to my story.

Would any of the three of you mind if I used those as chapter titles?

Hmm, so does that mean that it's been decided? Meh, if not, or if you need more chapter titles, here's my contirubution. 'At The End Of The Road...'

Yep. Although I'm always happy to take more given that I never know when I might need one.

I figured that I'd use this instead of creating another topic for story help questions, anyway would anyone here know what Crimson King Murderous Sword would be in Japanese?

*finally sees this* Oh. Yeah. Sure. Go right on ahead, it's not like I'm gonna suggest something and then say you can't use it.

Sometimes, when I'm bored, I try to think up chapter titles that sound vaguely profound for no good reason. The best I've come up with is "Phantasmal Terrain", but my glee turned to melancholy when I found that it was also the name of a "Magic: the Gathering" card.
