Or just download the pic and re-uplooad it or use photobucket or some other image host that will just load it to their site directly from a link.

I really want to see a fairly serious attempt at this pair that would keep them roughly in character and do the concept enough justice for all the Taiga route fans out there.

The way I can see something like this deveolping is that Taiga gets curious about what Shirous always up too in that shed, maybe jumping to the conclusion that it could be either perverted or dangerous. So she decideds to peak, if it's dangerous she'll stop it but if it's just him discovering puberty she'll leave him at that (god knows it would be embarassing both if she let slip she saw). She just sees him meditating very hard on a metal bar. She falls for the mild BARness Shirou's putting out and continues to watch until he starts to seem like he's in very bad pain, before she can rush to his side the pipe gets warped to fuck because of the failed Reinforcment. And so Taiga confronts him on the obvious magic and won't take any excuses until she gets the truth.

Or Taiga could have witness the BAR when Shiro was a little younger, around 14 or so, and abs

Or Taiga could have witness the BAR when Shiro was a little younger, around 14 or so, and absently noted how her little Shiro has grown into quite a handsome and strong young man. She would chide herself on becoming some kind of couger and try to dismiss the thought but the seeds would be planted and might start to think about how the age diffence would be too big when he grows up. And so Taiga half serously and mostly uncountously starts to mold Shiro into her future man.

And of course the obligatory idea ripped from H manga. Taiga got dumped and turned to alchohal and shiro for comfort. One thing leads to another and the nights ends with them in bed sweaty, tired, and satisfied.

2. Taiga raised Shirou.? Maybe not effectively, but Shirou has known her for the better part of his life.? She likely qualified as family before he reached puberty.? He only knew Sakura for what, a year?? Much bigger obstacle to overcome.? I remember a psychological theory that posits that when a child has known and been around someone long enough in their childhood days, they no longer feel any sexual attraction towards that person.? I do not remember the name of this theory or how accurate my summary is, but if someone here knows I'd like them to give me a link or the name of the theory.
<a href='http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westermarck_effect' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Westermarck Effect</a>.
Which, notably, states that they have to live in close proximity during the early years of their life. Shirou does not live with Taiga at all, and he likely did not even meet her until he was 6, so it will not apply here.

And even if he did meet her before then, he doesn't remember meeting her before the fire (Or pretty much anything else before the fire, for that matter).

Unless she happens to have actually been his secret big sister who somehow survived the fire or something, it wouldn't matter even if he had met her. He would have had to have lived with her.

Listen, that's tangential to the central argument I was getting at way back at the beginning:

Shirou doesn't consider Taiga a love candidate.

Unlike the route heroines, there's never any narration where Shirou gives away that he considers her a potential mate.

Whether the psycho-physiological phenomenon designated "Westermarck Effect" applies or not isn't the point. The point is they consider each other siblings inside their own heads.

Speaking of said Westermack Effect, it occurs to me that I never expressed my appreciation for providing its name.

Thank you. I appreciate the citation.
