Easy fix. Soi Fon is Ishida's mom. Yoruichi is Tatsuki's mom. Actually that could make for a very interesting AU. How would Ichigo react to Rukia when his best friend and his chief rival/friend are both half-Shinigami? I can't see them keeping quiet about that around the kids, and Isshin might feel better fessing up to things is he had Yoruichi and Soi Fon close by to help watch the kids. That means Ichigo would know exactly what Rukia was the moment he saw her. He might even know enough Shunpo to knock the hollow senseless and let her finish it off without giving him her powers. Hell if old sandal hat is Tatsuki's dad, Ichigo might already have his Shinigami powers without her. I could see him putting Ichigo through the training as a way to help defend Tatsuki as she waits for her own abilities to emerge. Or just as an experiment. With Kiuske it's hard to judge motives.
"Ummm, Kiuske old friend, I think we have to have a discussion about you shoving Ichigo into certain pits without my permission. Especially at such a young age. Now I'm all for training and whatnot, but I think we might have a few... issues to discuss," A voice piped up behind the infamous former captain of Division 12.
"Oh, hi Isshin. I'll just be going. Yoruichi-chan wanted me to pick up some fresh milk at the store. Bye!" Kiuske replied remakably well conceled concern at the tone of voice Ichigo's father was using.
"Oh you can run sandal hat, but you can't hide. I'm still your family doctor, you know," Isshin muttered. He might not have his full powers available to him, but he be damned if he would stand back and let Tatsuki's father get away with this scheme unscathed.

heh, not really. Something that would fuel your dreams would be a scene where Soi Fon and Tastuki have a heart to heart. Soi Fon tells Tatsuki to pin or tie Ichigo up then have her way with him. Then says since it's her first time she would help with it.

Here's an idea you could use, and still have your Yuri action too.
Soifon as Uryu's mother, Yoruichi as Tatsuki's mom, but the fathers are just sperm donors. They still consider themselves the fathers, but don't have a relationship with the mothers.
That, or have them the results of one night stands.

I keep having this mental image of Tatsuki keeping Ichigo as far away from Yoruichi as possible because she keeps flirting with him. The solution? Keep visiting auntie Soi Fon as much as possible, much to Ishida's annoyance.
I don't see either woman being the one night stand type, especially Soi Fon, but I could see them both being bi. Can you really see Kiuske or Ryuken COMPLAINING at walking in on that type of action at odd interval.

I'd have to say the same thing here. Just because they're Shinigami doesn't mean they're omnipotent or that they are following Misaki and Ichigo around all the time. I think she's still killed here, unless something very strange happens. Of course I don't think Yoruichi and Soi Fon would take things well. The only way Grand Fisher lives to see another night is if they defer to Isshin's right to wait until he regains his own powers to avenge Misaki.
The only reason why I mention this is a few reasons.
a.) Tatsuki went to the same karate class. If she didn't go home by herself, then Yoruichi or Kisuke would pick her up. If they actually sensed the Hollow presence upon doing so, then they might just go out of their way to dispose of it first in order to prevent it from targeting anyone nearby with large reiatsu, like their darling little girl.
b.) Soi Fon, despite being something of a bitch at times, wouldn't want something as nasty as a Hollow around to bother her family. I don't know if its just me.. but I can see her hunting down any Hollow in range of her senses, just in case.
c.) With this many shinigami around, Isshin himself might have a reason to come out of retirement... after all, with this much reiatsu, even if its hidden by some of Kisuke's devices or gigai, bad things are bound to come a calling.
Of course, if Misaki still dies, then Ichigo would have a way of focusing his grief/anger/emotions in the form of training to one day avenge his mom... amongst other things. Kinda like Fosfor-taicho's Stray Cat Strut, yes?
