[Tales of Yifutha: The Perfect Dominion]
[Prologue: A Perfect Decision]

Author’s Note: One thing: this is original and doesn’t follow any of the “Tales of” games, but the characters from the original games might appear. Just in case you’re confused, the setting (the date and time) in this story are different from our dates (this is Yifutha, not the Earth!), but I based them off the real dates. The month (at least for now, since time changes) in this story is “Pywelp” (which based off “December”), and the years are called Eexis (EEX). List of something somethings:

Few generations ago, there existed many nations in the world of Yifutha, but there are three that are very notable: the kingdom of Sloria, the empire of Uwreolum, and an land simply called Vanadia.

Vanadia are actually a race in this world of Yifutha, but when someone found this land, it didn’t have a name, so he simply called it Vanadia. I have heard that there are Vanadia currently living in Roudo, the Royal Capital of the kingdom of Sloria.

Unfortunately, I am unable to travel from Uwreolum to Sloria, since they are at war at each other, but I have no choice but to see our rival kingdom. But it seems that I have failed…

And now my time has come to die…

If you are reading this, Egelina, take care of our children, and always remember that I love you all.

My children… Immine, Josce, and Searl… keep this book safe for me…

— Thoumassin Deepfallow (Qyq, 12/13/1959)

“Father…” Immine, a girl with yellow hair and pinkish red eyes, looked at the words in the book. Then she closed the book, stood up and announced without shyness. “Alright, guys. This book here says that we should keep this book safe.”

“So?” Josce, her younger brother, asked. The youngest, Searl, kept quiet, while their mother, Egelina, looked at her after she has finished stitching something.

Immine made a fist and put it gently on her chest. Then she continued, “We’re going to have a journey to complete this history book!”

Josce cannot believe it. “What?”

Searl smiled and said softly, “Impressive.”

The eldest looked at her mother. “I mean… right mother?”

Egelina smiled and walked towards Immine to hug her. “I think that your father will be very happy that you three will complete his legacy.”

Immine smiled. But Josce said, “B-But isn’t it dangerous out there? There is a war—”

“I think you’re grown enough for an adventure.” Egelina said as she stopped hugging Immine and stood up. “But…”

“…”

“I’m allowing you to complete the legacy of your father, not to be part of the war,” Egelina warned.

The triplets nodded. “We understand, mother.”

“And you will also leave tomorrow at dawn.”

“Yes.”

After waking up, the triplets dressed up and prepared all they needed and put them in their sling bag: food, water, and all the volumes of their father’s history books.

“Wait…” Egelina walked towards them and placed something on Immine’s hand. “What’s this, mother.”

“My earring,” Egelina replied, then she smiled and continued, “Consider it as your lucky charm.”

Immine clenched fists to act as to cover the earring, which is now the lucky charm. “Don’t worry, Mother. We’ll be careful.”

Egelina shed a tear and hugged Immine. “Take care.”

Immine also shed a tear as well. “We will.”

And now is the time that the triplets will depart from their home…

“W-We should escape!” a soldier of the Royal Army of Sloria suggested, panicking. “Uwreolum is going to conquer us!”

“And would you expect us to be running from them, Eaudoix?” a fellow soldier asked, “If we will escape, they'll chase us and mock us forever, thinking we are cowards! I say that we stand and fight!”

“B-But—!”

“And if we flee,” he continued, “We will scatter and get separated!”

“ is right,” the commander replied as she stood up and grabbed her spear, “We will go and fight for Sloria.”

“But, Commander Ran…” Eaudoix groaned.

“Asaux is right, we mustn’t run away from the Uwreolumian Empire! The queen has sent us to distract the Imperial Army while the princess runs away to a safe place!” Ran said. “This isn’t just or us or for our families or for the Royal Family, this is for the whole of Sloria!”

But this conversation got interrupted by a fellow soldier announcing, “The Uwreolumian Empire! They’re coming this way!”

Then the time came for the battle, but it seems that the Royal Army’s soldiers are passing away. And when there were only at least 50 left…

“We’ve got you now, Royal Army!”
