TFF RPGs, Restart Series... GO!

Ze Plot:

OST: Fate/Stay Night Remix - Unfading Thoughts

It is A.D. 3,149, during the Dark Age of the Internets. In a stunning display of audacity, cunning, and sheer evil manipulation, a large force of Yaoist fanatics, the elite wing of that plague-spreading empire of Yaoi, whose holdings include more than 2/3rds of the worlds along the Internet multiverse, including substantial parts of FF.Net, Fictionpress, and, even, a foothold in the surreal world of 4chan, smashed through the defenses of TFF Academy City, an Internet-renowned hub of fanfiction trade and commerce, along with several other large enterprises and markets, in a lightning raid, razing the TFF Internet Trading Center to the ground and heavily damaging the Government Tower, the administrative building also known as the home of the mysteriously absent Lord Hawk. Before a city-wide alarm could even be sounded, the Yaoists were already falling back, damage done, along with a large number of hostages, including many prominent personalities, such as the Obnoxious Goddess Haruhi, Rin Tohsaka, Lelouch and Nunnally vi Britannia, many renowned fanfiction authors, and even Zeni and her sister Eterna, heroines of past wars against Yaoi. Meanwhile, with Lord Hawk absent, the government was thrown into complete disarray.

Then, as the city descended into panic, the last Yaoist ship to retreat, the massive flagship Cassandra the Great, dropped one last gift upon the city in the form of a gigantic antimatter-fueled F.R.E.Y.A. bomb. Fortunately, by this point the more powerful inhabitants of the city had been sufficiently roused, and this allowed for the deployment of a tactical emergency shield fueled by redirecting the city's entire energy grid into it. The shield was then used to surround the bomb's surface area just as it went off, preventing all damage from the explosion. But even this shield could not stop the gigantic, blunt-force shockwave generated by the contained explosion, which, when unleashed, caused disastrous damage to the outskirts of the city.

And thus the fangirls faded into the darkness, leaving behind a TFF Academy City that was broken and in disarray.

Barely a day after the event, the remnants of the Government convened.

Such an atrocity, it was decided, could not go unpunished.

However, what could be done? Even at its strongest, TFF was in no position to launch a war against the massive Empire of Yaoi. What could be done now, with most of its industrial base left in shambles, its fanfic production ruined? Even if all the admittedly quite powerful individuals that roamed TFF's streets, including those that had fought in previous wars with the Yaoists, could be assembled into a proper fighting force, they could never hope to match the sheer size of the Empire.

And yet something had to be done. The hostages had to be rescued. An eye had to be taken for the eye that had been so violently ripped off the face of TFF.

And then came the bright idea. Just as the fangirls had come to realize the futility of a direct military invasion with conventional armies and had attacked TFF in a lightning-quick terrorist raid, so would TFF do the same.

Capitalizing on its most visible advantage, the individual fighting and sometimes even magical prowess of most of its inhabitants, TFF Academy City would assemble an elite group of individuals. They, equipped with their own powers that had already been honed over the years, would lead an ambitious infiltration mission on the heartland on the Empire of Yaoi, rescue the hostages, and pay back the evil done by doing the impossible - assassinating the Empress of Yaoi. All help would be accepted. Anyone, from all corners of the Internets could answer the call, provided they had sufficient power.

This would not be a war on the Empire.

This would be... an Assault on Yaoi!

TFF: Assault on Yaoi! Comments, Rules, Formatting

Most of you guys know the drill, and those that don't can simply read over the posts here and in past RPG threads. However, that's no excuse not to to make things easier.

Before we start, I'd like to credit Garedelyon, Lord Raine, Watashiwa, and Vex for inspiration on the plot idea, and Mick and his sister (I think?) Sidhe for helping out while the details were being hammered into existance and for showing unexpected interest in this (throw everyone else who pitched in during the first thread here, too. You guys rock) here thing. Also, I'd like to thank our lovely, yet unfortunately disappeared, girl (man? tentacle monster? Curse you, Internets!), Zenithos for starting, GM'ing, and writing the plot of most of the RPG's in this section. You, m'dear, are awesome.

Comments:

- This is a free-form/round robin format RPG. You write your post from the viewpoint of your characters and NPC's (or others, see Rules below) as if it were part of a massive fanfiction. Details on character abilities and combat might be fuzzier than tabletop, but given the sheer chaos that tends to spring up on these RPG's, that might actually be a good thing.

- Try to make at least one post a day here. Obviously, more would be nice, but if you're busy/pressed for time/etc. one post per day is more than enough to get an RPG running quite healthily.

- You are encouraged to pitch in on plot points, story direction and views on characters other than your own. Not only does this help with making the best, most-engaging story possible and increasing the game's entertainment value, but keeping people interested in the story also helps avoid continuity errors.

- Please, ffs, put some effort into it! Particularly your characters. If you're just going to sign up for the hell of it, make a boring, uninteresting character, and then every once in a while bump the game thread with barely-understandable posts "teeped lkie dis", I'll say it from the get-go: don't even bother

Rules:

All hail Zeni for these:

Zenithos said:
-You play as yourself. You can use your own nickname on the board. eg. I'll be playing as 'Zenithos' and I can refer to myself as 'Zeni' as most people call me in this forum.

- Each and every player must stay in groups of at least 4 people whenever possible, unless a solo is completely necessary. This will hopefully prevent fractured storylines. If possible, stay as one big group whenever possible.

- Please be sensible with your character power-ups. While having powers is fine, don't go all DBZ....at least until the final battle. tongue.gif

- You will be allowed one minor character to accompany you. Please be sure to post a pic and a short description. It could be an apprentice you're training up, a servant, a catgirl you found in a box beside the street, a best friend, a conscience, a pokemon, a digimon, a persona...whatever, as long as it's just ONE.

- Killing off other PCs is fine, off course. But if you see somebody dead please try to introduce a plot device that would somehow revive the person. Phoenix Downs, Elixirs, T-viruses...you name it.

- There is absolutely no need to maintain an air of formality or seriousness. Read: Hijinks and Comedy are highly encouraged.

- You are allowed to incorporate other PCs into your posts and write in actions and dialogues for them, as long as you keep them in character. If the PC's owner disagrees then please be courteous and edit the offending post. (so far, no such thing has happened as we bonk each other on the head so often it's become quite a fun routine).
Formatting:

- Always type out the time and location of your story post in bold.
- Place OOC notes at the bottom of your posts, marked simply as OOC: and then the message.
- This probably goes without saying, but make sure you separate different scenes using lines, asterisks, etc.
- Besides that, this is free-form, feel free to use whatever formatting style you feel works best for your writing style.

One last thing:

Before going to the signup template, there's one thing I really want to say: please, for the love of catgirls, respect other people's character plots and the overall story. I'm not advocating doing something retarded like trying to read over 10 pages of constant posting if you've been away from the RP for a while. What I am saying is that everyone should make an effort to acquaint themselves with the current state of the story before posting in the Story thread. This should be easy to do just by reading the last page of the Story thread and the most recent couple of posts from the OOC thread.

Make an effort. It'll pay great dividends when we won't have to stop every few posts to argue over continuity errors.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Signup/Character Template:

To signup, just register by putting up your character information here using the following template. Basically just fill in the blanks by using your imagination. Like I said, though, do put some effort into it:

Character Template

Name: (Duh)

Description: (A simple description of how your character looks)

Affiliation: (Your character's affiliation. It can be to TFF, to another organization, or to no one but yourself. One thing I'd like is for at least one or two people to choose an "evil" affiliation (i.e. one directly opposing the TFFers' mission), as no matter how many NPC villains we come up with, they're not going to be as good as flesh-and-blood humans at making things hard for the characters.)

Picture: (If you have one, doesn't have to be fully original, can be an approximate culled from the Interwebs/Potatochopped into existance)

Theme Song: (Again, pick one if you want one and link to it here)

Background: (Your character's history until now)

Abilities: (Your character's powers and skills)

Items of Importance: (Any particularly important objects your character carries around)

Use this template both for your original character and NPC.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And that should be it for now. We've covered all the bases, I think. Minor details such as banners, mottos, map pictures, etc. will come later. So, yeah, that's it.

Now, it's up to you.

Will you answer the call?

Yo! I'm still working out all the finer points, but for right now I'm going with the same mold from Halloween:

*image snipped*

If Locke has a more complete character created, that never got used in the Christmas Caper, then I am willing to try that (with his permission). ... Actually, I'd rather try that. The whole "back with vengeance" thing is just a default.

Here's my modified profile.

Name: Epsilon
Appearance: Chinese teenager with glasses.
Outfit: Standard school uniform
Affiliation: TFF
Original Format: Code Master
Capabilities: DITE Manipulation capabilities standard of a 32nd century interface. Also capable of transforming into humanoid insect for additional combat mobility.
Weapon: Gibson Coil Pike which can mimic any known weapon (real or fictional) to his desire.

Virus Mode Profile
Name: Gigabyte
Format: Class 5 Super Virus
Appearance: Gigantic metallic juggernaut with a right claw.
Abilities: Super strength, extremely high endurance and super armour, energy absorption which can permanently download any abilities of his drained victims into his code (so if his drained victim can fly, Gigabyte can fly), cables underneath his claws that can be used as weapons or to infect other digital interfaces (from the MQCE, DITE or others).

Background: Life as a funnel was boring as hell...

Thankfully, with a bit of luck and major code modifications from Barasuishou and Kirakishou, he had managed to restore his interface subroutines to normal standards and regained his ability to shift back and forth between his Code Master and Virus format. By that time, Terrabyte had openly declared his vendetta against Aura after decades of resource accumulation and waged a millennium long battle that would leave the MQCE a shell of its former self as their active interfaces were infected and forcibly enlisted to fight for the viral era. As the DITE had taken proper precautions against such forceful infections, Epsilon decided not to get involved and kept a low profile with his new family in TFF Academy City consisting of the two former MQCE interfaces, his DITE buffer White Len, the klutzy and adorable Irisviel von Einzbern and the entity known as Glory.

Of course, it was only a matter of time until that peace was shattered. Barasuishou, Kirakishou, Iris and Glory were among the captured hostages. And little to Epsilon's knowledge, both Aura and Terrabyte have sent their agents to the TFF Academy City in the hopes of acquiring his aid and tipping the conflict in their favour.

NPC Character

Name: White Len
Appearance: Long silky white hair, red eyes, pale skin and a dress as white as snow.
Abilities: Dream Manipulation and Astral Projection. She also has a proficiency with illusions which can confuse her enemies and create openings in combat to damage them with physical attacks. Can also transform into a white kitten. As a buffer interface, her matrix wasn't originally designed to handle a heavy workload however, she had been secretly working on a new upgrade which would allow her to assume an older form and use the standard tricks that an adult succubus would normally use to lure prey. Of course, she hides it from her brother since he would probably go into cardiac arrest when he finds out what she's been up to...

I think I'll give this one a try.

Name: Parker, The Manskinner

Description: 6 foot 6 inches, covered in scars (several of which are self inflicted), tattoos, and brands. Muscular, but not too muscular. Brown eyes, long, really, really greasy, blonde hair. He's also VERY smelly. He's also got a pair of hydraulic shears for an arm.

Affiliation: His battle loving God of blood, and he has vowed to kill anyone that spreads lies about God being weak and only having one follower. This has gotten him beat up a number of times.

Picture: He's the dude near the center with the claws for an arm.

Theme Song: It's The End of The World (And I Feel Fine)

Background: Important, read all of this, it's not exacty as it seems.

At the age of fifteen he was locked up in a maximum security insane asylum for countless years, his unbelievable power blocked out by a countless amount of runes and sealing techniques. He was locked in there because the world feared him, people didn't understand him. They KNEW he was great, so they envied him and locked him away after sending there best warriors after him.

Then one day, a great and powerful God came to him and broke the seals that held him, and gave him amazing powers. So, Parker escaped and killed almost everyone there.

Or so he says and kinda thinks. In all actuality he was locked away for about a month, those countless seals and runes were actually just one padlock and a dead bolt. He was locked away because he threatened to kill some people. He also stalked some girls at his school.

The great warriors that were sent after him were a couple cops. His God is actually a minor half God of Violence named Tin-Tane. He really only has like one follower. And almost no powers. He's very weak for a God and below average for a Half God.

The powers Parker got were actually minor hypnotic suggestion and much better endurance. He killed and skinned like two people one his way of the asylum. But in doing that he actually got a hold of his God's dad, who wanted his son to look good.

He boosted Parker's powers a bit and gave him a lot of strength, a berserker mode that would allow him even more strength, and he made him not look so much like a fucking wimp. All of this was done so less gods would make fun of him for his sons lack of being bad ass.

He has been living in sewers ever since he escaped the asylum. While living there he lost his arm to a hobo.

So in closing, he's actually a lot like that kid that you went to school with that wrote bad poetry/ sucky fanfics, and thought he was the be-all-end-all of bad ass when he was actually just a fucking dick.

Abilities: High endurance, a berserker state, a lot of strength, hypnotic suggestion, and his right arm is a large pair of shears.

Items of Importance: A pair of giant hydraulic shears that Tin-Tane gave to him, that he wears for an arm.

In the last two games I was in, I tried to make my character a super bad-ass, and ended up making him a super-bad ass. So this time I decided to stop playing him straight and make fun of the Bad-ass trope all together.

Right now, he's about lower-mid teir on the power level, some one like the Deadman could kill this fucker dead without breaking a sweat.

Vexarian

Name: Vex 'The Blade of Anarchy' Arian

Description: Six foot, two inches in height, with a lean and athletic frame, and a noticeable muscle tone, he has a rather intimidating build. His hair is a jet black color, and frayed back into a style resembling a spiky mane. His features are attractive, and he has an untamed look about him.

Normally his eyes are a dark blue color, but when adrenaline is introduced to his system they turn blood red and take on an slitted form. His canines have been enlarged and sharpened into fangs, while his fingernails have grown thicker, sharper and stronger, able to function as claws.

His clothing is very efficient and consists of a set of High-Impact body armor across his torso and legs, which are then covered by a large open trench coat, which is specially fitted and designed to house his weaponry.

Vex is twenty nine years old, however due to his particular abilities he maintains a younger appearance, closer to his early twenties.

Affiliation: Vex can be considered unaligned in this conflict, however he cares for his home system, The Fringe System, and his home planet of Ayres, and for his friends.

Background: Vex was born on the planet of Ayres, a fairly sized planet, second in line from it's host star, with two moons attached to it.

Vex has been a Registered Combatant for the past thirteen years and has reached the incredible rank of one thousand, one hundred and sixteen.

Abilities: Vex's abilities are a result of enhancement through Energy Saturation, a techno-mystical process wherein his body was bombarded with specific types of Anarchist Energy, until his cells themselves infuse with the desired energy. This process requires many treatments over the course of several weeks.

In Vex's case, he has been saturated with 'Beast', 'Accelerate', 'Force', and 'Blast' energies. He has since developed the raw energies at his disposal, transforming them into powerful abilities.

Beast, This is an inherently passive energy, meaning that it is constantly active and does not enact any drain upon his body or mind. It's effects are those of an optimizer, and maintains constant improvements to Vex's body.

The 'Beast' energy causes Vex's body to be enhanced, providing him with superhuman strength, speed, stamina and durability, while at the same time altering his body and resulting in his physical appearance. Additionally, his senses have been thoroughly enhanced to superhuman levels.

As a result of the energy, Vex possesses an extremely powerful Cellular regeneration, however he cannot regenerate his brain or his heart, as damage to either is lethal. He is however able to rapidly regenerate any other part of his body. As a side effect, this results in reduced aging, and an elongated lifespan, however neither are readily apparent at his age.

Accelerate, The Accelerate energy is a sub-variant of the greater 'Speed' Energy. The Accelerate variant is naturally predisposed for high-tilt speed, as opposed to the Celerity variant which is predisposed to the lower speeds.

It should be noted that the maximum attainable speed in physics is that of light, however this is also due to the fact that only energy, such as light is able to attain such a speed, and if matter were to be accelerated to the speed of light, it would be degraded into energy for the purpose of maintaining it's locomotion.

Vex is capable of imparting acceleration and momentum upon both himself and any object he is in contact with, or has some form of control over.

Force, The Force energy allows for the creation of energy constructs, which are solidified but not made of matter, nor maintain any mass other then what is imparted upon them.

Blast, The Blast energy allows for the generation of shock waves, either unidirectional, omni-directional or any combination thereof.

Flight, By using his Accelerate abilities in a highly controlled fashion Vex is able to achieve controlled flight under his own power.

Light Rush, Vex for mere minuet fractions of a second, converts all of his bodily mass into light, in this state he possesses no mass and moves at the speed of light. The window in which he can maintain this technique is only a fraction of a second, but at such speeds, it is more then sufficient for what he uses it for.

As he possesses no mass while using this technique, he is incapable of using himself as a ram, and imparts no impact upon any matter he comes in contact with. His overall shape cannot change while his body is converted, and the technique will forcibly end if he were to impact a wall or some other large body of matter he would be unable to contort through normally. Vex does not retain any momentum from the technique and exits with the same momentum he had entering.

Finally, he is capable of converting any matter in contact with him, such as clothing, weapons, or people, however doing so increases the effort and expenditure required by the technique. However as the technique normally requires next to no energy or effort to use, this is generally a non-issue.

Mirror Clone, The simplest Force based skill that Vex has developed. Through a complex, but well trained process, he creates a matrix of energy, with a thin shell of Force Energy, creating a copy of himself. This clone is physically and mentally identical to him at the time of it's creation, however it cannot use any active techniques. Due to it's thin shell of Force Energy, It has a physical presence and is able to fight, however if it's body is even slightly damaged, it will disperse into it's base energy.

Vex is also capable of infusing Blast energy into a clone upon it's creation, which causes it to violently explode into a concussive shock wave should it be destroyed, or simply wishes to do so.

Flash Strike, using his Accelerate energy Vex dramatically increases the momentum inherent in a limb, allowing him to strike out at dramatically increased speed, generally for a veritable barrage of strikes. Due to the strain this places on his limbs, it can cause severe damage if he overexerts himself and does not allow time for recovery.

Mirror Force, Using the same concept as the Mirror Clone Technique, Vex creates a partial copy of himself, generally an arm or a leg, then layers that copy over his original limb. He is capable of placing multiple layers, but each one increases the strain of the technique exponentially. This technique allows him to multiply his usual strength dramatically, but only for a single burst attack.

Wave Fist, Using his Blast Energy, Vex throws an attack forward, while creating an omni-directional shock wave at the time of impact, multiplying the damage caused many fold.

Shining Blade, Almost identical to the Mirror Force Technique, but with a completely different application. Instead of using the skill to copy portions of himself, he instead copies an inanimate object, most often a blade. He cannot maintain this technique without a link to the object, and is much more taxing then Mirror Force.

Shimmering Armor, Using his Force abilities Vex forms incredibly dense constructs of armor over his torso, arms or legs. This armor takes a shimmering yellow appearance and is extremely difficult to penetrate by normal means, despite the durability of the armor however, the fact that it is formed and maintained solely by Vex's will means it does not inhibit his movement in any way.

Flash Shockwave, Flash Shockwave combines his Accelerate abilities and his Shockwave abilities, slightly similar to Light Rush in it's execution he accelerates his body into energy, but at the same time turns himself into a shockwave of raw force, causing him to form into a violent shock wave of energy and light. As a result, instead of quietly moving through space without disturbing his surroundings, he instead creates a violent and powerful vacuum effect, similar in effect to a powerful hurricane-like wind, channeled through his path.

Due to the energy bleeding off during the use of this technique, it drains incredible amounts of energy to use, having the effect of exhausting him when he recomposes his body, overuse of this technique will eventually cause mass to rend from himself, creating bloody wounding upon his body.

Unstoppable Assault, Vex is capable of using his Accelerate, Force and Blast abilities at the same time, infusing them all into a single, mindbogglingly powerful strike. However this is extremely straining and requires vast amounts of stamina in order to perform.

Omega Cannon, Vex's only truly ranged desperation technique. He creates a tiny, marble sized bullet of force energy, fills it with as much Blast energy as he can contain within it, then uses the rest of his stamina on generating raw momentum and kinetic energy into the construct. Upon being released the shell degrades near instantly and the released energy forms what amounts to a superheated particle Shock-Cannon.

Golden Shroud, Vex is capable of completely unleashing his Force based abilities, this creates a massive shroud of golden energy around himself, which he is able to manipulate however he wishes to do so. However due to the immense amount of raw Force energy he generates at once, his cells enter a partially hibernating state, disallowing him from generating any new Force energy or utilizing his Accelerate energy at all.

Beast Frenzy, Although his Beast energy normally remains in a passive state, Vex is able to forcibly activate it. This causes his physical power to be temporarily enhanced to triple their normal levels. As a result of the dramatically increased energy, his body further changes, growing larger, more feral and physically imposing.

Due to the strain placed on his body, his cells will rapidly deplete themselves of energy, and once out, Vex will be forcibly returned to normal. In addition, his cells will enter a state of recovery, preventing him from using any of his powers, and rendering him a normal human temporarily.

Split Second, Split Second combines all three of his energies, Beast, Accelerate and Force. He internalizes his Accelerate ability, dramatically increasing his reactionary speed and perception by allowing his mind to function at significantly higher speed. He fully activates his Beast energy, focusing all of the resultant energy on his physical speed, dramatically enhancing his body to nearly match the speed of his mind. Finally he utilizes his Force ability to further increase his speed, doing what his body can no longer handle at such speeds. This causes Vex to move so rapidly that it appears to him that time has been dramatically slowed.

However, this technique requires several seconds of focus to activate, and requires constant concentration to maintain, additionally overuse of this technique carries similar penalties to the Beast Frenzy technique. Additionally due to utilizing all of his abilities at once, he is incapable of utilizing any of his other Techniques while using this ability.

Armaments: Generally Vex hides some necessities within the hidden pockets of his trench coat, including snack foods, survival equipment, and what have you. However there are also some more useful tools he possesses.

His trenchcoat itself is made of a thick, highly resilient fabric, and possesses ceramic plates woven into it, making it highly resilient. He keeps a combat knife in each boot, and a spare in his belt, along with a high yield explosive charge in his Trench Coat.

His weapon of choice is rather unique, being a pair of long metal spear with attached chains at the end, the opposite end of the chain being attached to bracers on his forearms. Normally these spears are kept on the holster on his back, set in a criss-cross formation, while the chains and bracers have been enhanced by magical runes, allowing the chains to retract into the bracers. His spears, chains and bracers are all made of an extremely resilient metal, which is almost indestructible.

Vex keeps a special Cellular phone tucked into his trench coat, which had been designed with the ability to access the so called Dead-Net, of his home world.

He is also in possession of his current transportation of choice, a Skirmisher Class warship. This ship is outfitted with an incredibly powerful Force Shield, along with a pair of mobile laser turrets, an Ion cannon and an array of missiles for both defensive and offensive purposes. It is also capable of entering subspace in order to make calculated jumps through space.

While not enormous by any stretch of the imagination, his Skirmisher is of an extremely respectable size, and holds very comfortable living arrangements within. It is designed and completely capable of holding up to a dozen passengers. There is both a sizable cargo room, and an extremely impressive training room, finally the Skirmisher has been outfitted with a Spawn-Sat system, allowing Vex to respawn himself within if he is slain.

He is by no means familiar with the workings of the technology he uses, but he is competent in his use of it.

Name: Elidea 'The Ghost' Arian

Description: Six foot even in height, Elidea is hardly petite, indeed being fairly tall, she possesses a lean and athletic muscle tone on a voluptuous body. She maintains physical and facial features that mix the Caucasian and Asian phenotypes.

Elidea's skin is very pale, although very healthy looking and near flawless. Her eyes are sultry but expressive and colored a metallic golden, however she is capable of emitting a bright silver glow from her eyes. Her hair is very straight and incredibly long, reaching to mid-calve and colored a metallic silver.

Her clothing is varied, but most often she is found wearing a silken Kimono.

Elidea is physically twenty years old, but possesses extremely slowed aging. She is chronologically nine years old however, but her development began eleven years ago.

Affiliation: Confusing.

Background: Elidea's existence began in a deeply hidden laboratory on the planet Twitch, under the orders of the shadowy Dark Fire Organization. She was created with the purpose of being a Weapon and a tool for the organization's will.

Codenamed Ghost, and part of a greater Project Innocence, Elidea was created through highly advanced genetic science, by a truly ingenious but perverse scientist. Her genetic structure is wholly artificial, each gene being developed from scratch. Over every step of her creation she was being carefully monitored and altered into a perfect Biological Weapon.

Unfortunately for the Dark Fire Organization, before Ghost could be completed, complications arose as the laboratory, several kilometers under the earth, was discovered, and Ghost stolen, all through a freak accident.

At the time, Elidea was essentially a blank slate, programmed with academic knowledge, but no means of control beyond a primitive psychological imprinting mechanism, which caused her to imprint upon Vex upon her awakening.

And thus began a complicated series of events that continued on for well over a year.

Elidea is Bisexual, Vex knows for a fact that this is due to Veridant, who had been the head scientist and Master Biologist of Project Innocence, and renown pervert.

Abilities: Being designed as a weapon, Elidea has many abilities, all designed to work together to form a coherent and potent whole. The primary focus of her design has been on her Psionic abilities, and although she is physically fit, she does not possess any physically superhuman abilities.

Telepathy, Elidea is an extremely powerful Telepath, her telepathic ability however has been designed in such a way that it is never truly inactive. Instead Elidea is subconsciously reading every mind within ten meters of their surface thoughts. Additionally when Elidea is actively utilizing her Telepathy she is able to touch any mind upon the surface of a planet, and probe at any depth she desires.

Telekinesis, Elidea's telekinesis is easily one of her most potent abilities, her control over her telekinetic abilities is not only perfect but reactive, allowing her to use it's abilities without any desire or will to do so. She is capable of absurd feats of raw power, and equally absurd feats of task managing. She is easily capable of ripping an object apart into it's component molecules and is able to release a telepathic wave of force to cover up to thirty kilometers in every direction.

Flight, Despite what one would assume to the contrary, Elidea's capability for flight is entirely independent of her telekinesis. Elidea's power of flight is reactive, and entirely instinctual for her to utilize.

Invisibility, She has the ability not only to become invisible, but to control the extent of her invisibility and extend her field onto anything directly in contact with her.

Phasing, Elidea is capable of phasing herself through solid objects, this ability also extends to anything in direct contact with her. However, her ability to phase only allows her to pass through solid mass, and any form of solid energy will prevent her entry.

Sub-Space Pocket, Elidea is capable of manipulating subspace to a degree, in practical use, she is limited to storing objects within various subspace pockets, these can be at specific locations, within objects or even within organic life-forms.

Weapon Form, Elidea is capable of assuming the form of a weapon, this transforms her into a massive, ornamental sword that appears to be a cross between European and Asian stylings, just as she herself is. In this form she possesses a metallic silver blade, a stainless white hilt and an eye shaped golden diamond set into her hilt guard.

In this form, she requires a wielder in order to be effective, and increases her wielder's power, doing so by mutating her powers with that of her wielder's to form new and exotic abilities.

Oculus Dea, Elidea has the ability to activate this ability at any time, which results in her eyes glowing an intense silver shade. To make use of this ability all she must do is match eye contact with another, and overpower their will. She is capable of exerting incredible control over others in this fashion, and able to mold the minds of others however she wishes to do so to great effect.

Items of Importance: She carries a cellular phone, of a similar design to Vex's.

Name: Idyllica 'The Ghost' Arian

Description: Idyllica is identical to Elidea in all ways, being a complete copy of her 'sister'.

Affiliation: Confusing.

Background: Idyllica was born halfway through the misadventures that Vex and Elidea ha been involved in. Originating as a forced copy of Elidea, made through a Spawn-Sat system, she has since grown at least partially into her own person.

Abilities: Idyllica shares all of the exact same abilities as her sister Elidea.

Items of Importance: She carries a cellular phone, of a similar design to Vex's and her sister's.

That's 5 people who want a go, not including myself. Seeing as the response from the first thread is apparently translating well into here, I figure I'll upload my own profile, too, now that I know that this has a future:

Name: Ray, Fanfiction Paladin

Description: Short, spiky hair, coloured an unnatural white. Tan skin and golden eyes. Basically, he looks like Archer, but in white. (zomggasp!)

Affiliation: Anyone who fights Yaoi and its allies; in practice he is mostly loyal to himself.

Picture:

Theme Song: EMIYA - Code Eleison Remix

Background: Little is known about the Fanfiction Paladin of FF.Net. In fact, due to what seems to be a permanent case of amnesia, he himself probably couldn't tell you anything about his past - indeed, he doesn't even know his full name, going only by what appears to be a nickname or name-shortening of some sort. All he can remember from his long-term past is a bright white light, voices whispering in his head, and then waking up in a ditch somewhere in FF.Net, with nothing but the vivid memory of what they did to him. With this thing in mind and nothing else, he set off to pursue a vendetta against all things Yaoi. Though the years have since changed him, turning him from mindless fangirl exterminator into an actual human being with a personality, his goal has stayed the same, and he has continued to pursue his conflict against the fangirls, bolstered and justified by the atrocities they so often commit. Commandeering as his base a large, abandoned tower in the central mountains of FF.Net (in a clever twist of fate, the building used to belong to an actual paladin order), he now fights Yaoi in all its forms, all over the multiverse. It is, it seems, his only purpose.

Of course, such a lifestyle can sometimes be troubling. Sometimes, he stops and wonders why he truly fights - he can see that his original motive is, in many ways, worthless: one doesn't fight for the fading shadow of an unclear memory. Whenever he does that, however, all he needs to do is look around him, at the damage done by the scourge of Yaoi. When he does that, he knows that even if his original motive may be degraded and faded to a point where it is no longer of any value to the person he is now, he must continue to fight, if not for the damage of his past, then at least to rectify the atrocities of the present. His once mindless grudge turning into a clear-cut sense of duty to a threatened multiverse, he must fight, because if he doesn't fight, he reasons, who's to say that anyone else will?

Abilities: A master of white magic, Ray's powers center around the use of his own internal energy, of which he seems to possess a far greater store of than even most superhumans. Besides this, he possesses the mysterious ability to allow his magic to affect even the very last molecules of his body, permitting such feats such as unaided teleportation, illusions, and even the infusion of his soul into conjured objects. Most of all, this constant drawing of his own inner essence has built up over the years, finally allowing him to unlock one of the greatest feats of sorcery known to man - the deployment of a Reality Marble.

A basic rundown:

Light As A Raw Element: Though he prefers not to, in emergency situations Ray can harness use white magic his energy into light, using it in concentrated, but powerful blasts. The lack of a focus and the massive energy expenditure required, however, make this technique useful only in a life or death situation.

White Magic (Normal): Besides feats of superhuman strenght, speed, and endurance, Ray can also use white magic in its most common, useful forms, such as healing, purification, blessed barriers, and weapon enhancement. The latter is incredibly useful, as infusing his already holy swords with more light energy means that most low level dark creatures such as regular fangirls burn to ashes by only standing a few meters away from the blades.

White Magic (Unique): Ray's ability to use his magic to affect even the most basic pieces of his being has not only granted his signature ability to teleport, but also an incredibly enhanced ability to conjure and even magically store objects by using his body as a focus and transforming his own essence into the necessary materials, bypassing most energy-expenditure. It also grants him the ability to infuse his soul into objects, allowing him to control them from a distance. He often uses these abilities in conjunction, literally turning himself into thousands of blessed doujin pages made from a pliable metal polyalloy, each a focus in itself, which can be used to facilitate everything from flight, to a storm of razor sharp, purifying white death.

Reality Marble: Unlimited Net Works. -----

Items of Importance: Two blessed, wave-bladed longswords, Ariel and Arariel, which Ray has possessed for as long as he can remember (admittedly not that far back). Though the blades are otherwise normal swords, the strange blessing laid upon them makes them both incredibly dangerous weapons against Yaoi fangirls and other dark creatures, in addition to turning them into excellent foci for White spells.

----NPC----

Name: Serena Godwinson

Description: No older than 17. Fair skin, expressive green eyes. A bit on the short side. Often ties her long blonde hair back using a black ribbon. Usually frowning at something, more often than not Ray himself. If Ray looks like Archer in white, Serena looks like Saber in white.

Affiliation: Herself. Listens to Ray when she has no other choice.

Picture:

Theme Song: Hammerfall - Templars of Steel

Background: Born into a family of some influence in the southern reaches of FF.Net, Serena's future looked quite promising, perhaps even more so than the high standards already expected from someone of her social status.

And then it all went to hell.

The fangirl hordes of Yaoi, which had long since ravaged the neighboring areas, finally descended upon Serena's town, their massive numbers quickly smashing aside the city's overconfident defenders. The ensuing chaos and death would have been, as it always was, the end of it, but this time the Yaoists had other plans in mind, and turned the city into a testing ground for new weapons - thousands of liters of plague-infested water were sprayed unto the city, even more Yaoi beams fired, and an intensive plan was carried out to infect the population with the viral cocktail now known ubiquitously as the Plague of Yaoi (Y.P. for short), designed to corrupt the unwilling to the Yaoi side and turn them into slaves (the success of the weapon has ensured that, since then, it has been often employed in most large scale wars waged by Yaoists over the Multiverse).

To Serena's misfortune, she was one of the first infected, and though she managed to escape the Yaoists' claws, her fate was now unavoidable - at worst, she'd become a mutated monster, at best, thanks to her being female, a mindless fangirl.

It was in this state that Ray, retreating after an attempt to help in the failed defense of the town, found her - half mad and already succumbing to the effects of the disease. With the last bit of energy she had left, she begged incoherently for help.

Ray hesitated, and for a moment contemplated destroying her then and there - she looked for all purposes beyond salvation. Any attempts at his usual purification would, at best, leave her body so weak that she'd probably die in seconds, at worst they would vaporise her on the spot. As the advancing enemy approached their position, however, something... something tugged at him, and on a whim, he grabbed Serena and spirited her away to his tower. There, he spent all the time and resources at his disposal in a daring attempt to fight back the disease corrupting her essence and eating away at her brain. After almost an entire day, and redirecting all but the most essential parts of the Tower's energy grid in a last attempt at exorcism, the first person actually "cured" from Yaoi lay on his operating table.

Fast-forward three years. After the initial, massive shock of having woken up and finding herself cured, and missing everything she'd ever known and loved, Serena found herself with nowhere to go and with no way to do anything by herself to even attempt to fix what had happened. So she stayed, reluctantly, with Ray, training under him as a sort of unnoficial apprentice in the art of white magic, lured by the promise of finding a way to get back at the Yaoists for what they did to her. As time wore on, she went from a sickly, barely recovered girl into an invaluable ally, managing the Tower whenever Ray was dispatched for a mission, and sometimes even accompanying him on those same missions herself.

Unfortunately for Ray's sanity, Serena's rebellious personality, which had been heavily stunted by the trauma of the invasion, finally began to reappear, turning her meaner, more critical, and more prone to disobey. Not a day goes by when she doesn't frown upon something Ray says or does, the supposed "perversity" she claims he must indulge in when no one is around, and basically being more Tsun than Rin Tohsaka after being pimpslapped and called ugly.

Fortunately for Ray, Serena, though she has never voiced it, extremely grateful for what he did for her that night three years ago. Thus, though she might be mean and critical at times, she never hesitates to aid him in his cause with the utmost loyalty, hold discipline whenever it is truly needed, and defer to his authority during the moments where it matters the most. She is Ray's greatest asset, and a badass warrior in her own right.

Currently, she is managing the Tower while Ray heads to TFF to investigate the recent happenings, but can, using the Tower's own teleport system, easily follow him to his location, if needed.

Abilities: An accomplished swordswoman, Serena has also been comprehensively taught in the ways of white magic by Ray, and has long since mastered the art of augmenting her body to superhuman levels with her own energy. Besides that, her magical repertoire is a tad more limited than Ray's, centering mostly around usage of her sword to channel her power, often manifested in three signature moves.

Cutting Gust: Serena spontaneously releases the energy held by her blade in a powerful shockwave, sending blasts of wind in an arc. Depending on the power used, the wind might be little more than a breeze or it might actually leave deep gashes and cuts.

Swirling Barrier: A magical technique consisting of spinning her sword in a circle as she uses it to channel White magic proper along the blade, creating a temporary purification shield as she releases the mana. It can withstand most blows, but unlike Ray, she can be easily interrupted before actually getting the barrier up.

EKSU-: -KALIBAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Items of Importance:

White Blade Aurora: A magic sword originally found by Ray when he first took over the abandoned Tower. It didn't respond to him, so he simply discarded in a junk heap, oblivious of its properties. When he gave it to Serena as a practice weapon, however, the rust immediately fell off, the edge sharpened, and the gold and silver inlaids glittered again. The blade is incredibly durable and sharp, able to withstand direct combat with any weapon without suffering so much as a scratch. Much like Ray with his own weapons, Serena uses it to channel energy, to great effect. An added advantage however, is that only Serena can wield this blade, as, should anyone else ever take it up, it will turn into the same hunk of rust it started out as.

This will get changed later. I'm just posting so Left can write up his character. Can't post on Fridays or Saturdays. I'd be too busy with Fukufics and Soul those days.

Name: Locke Watcher

Affiliation: Unaligned

Description: An older Seto Kaiba, still lean but showing some gray hairs. -_-;

Background: The events of the past are still weigh heavily on his mind, even as he continues to go from one battlefield to the next as a hired mercenary captain and commander of his own ship that he pilfered from the yaoiists at RokudaimeÆs final battle as a colony of TFF. No longer caring for what happens to any particular nation, city state, or group of people, he accepts all contracts that donÆt void recent contracts. And for this reason alone, was he heading back to TFF, getting a message of a very lucrative contract.

Despite being unaligned and pretty much getting along with any faction so long as they never force their believes down his throat, he has developed a particular hatred of forum trolls. But even his hatred has yet to stop him from accepting contracts from them, so long as theyÆre willing to pay one point eight times what everyone else pays.

Commanding of his force of red shirts well, he has a few Lieutenants that have become named to him over time:

Left Shoe (character name besides that undecided) û A young man from Rokudiame and a former Moderator there. Still possessing his own Mod Staff similar to the one that Locke once used, he serves Locke out of respect for his hand at freeing Roku from its siege and from TFFÆs corrupted government. Left commands the scouting aerial forces typically, but Locke has been slowly switching him over to commanding the Marine division of red shirts in favor of û

Lina Inverse (DITE buffer) still follows Locke even after the effects of the YaoiistsÆ greatest weapon have worn off. The Lady of Pink commands most of the shipÆs fighter and bomber forces.

Ship (image is 1600 X 640, too big for an image tag): http://www.wcnews.com/newershots/full/wall...way_carrier.jpg

Name: Ricky "Rooster" Thompson

Description: Height: 5'10" and with a lith frame and moderate build. He has dirty blonde hair and two different coloured eyes--one a dark green, the other an ice blue. Usually wears a pair of camouflage pants, black undershirt, and an olive drab jacket. When ever he is not on duty he wears a pair of silver anti-flash sunglasses to hide his mismatched eyes.

Affiliation: TFF Military (Not sure if there is a name for it yet.) as a scout pilot/soldier.

Theme Song: All Along the Watchtower

Background: Ricky was born on a little known planet deep within the void by the name of 'Oak Port'. Various moves around the universe eventually landed him on the planet of 'Up-Over' during his early teeange years. His mismatched eyes quickly drew the attention of his peers, most of it turned negative. Numerous scuffles with older kids forced him to develop a very strong situational awarness and felling for other peoples intentions. This ability halped him defeat would-be ambushers when they tried to corner him after a particularly loud verbal argument. After a few years Ricky finally moved back to his home planet of 'Oak Port'. After coming of age he decided to embark on his own and discovered a wonderful world known as FF.net.

But after only a few years, open combat broke out between the TFF and the Yaoists. He tried to stay away from the war but when it was apparent that the Yaoi Forces had gained the advantage with their superior numbers he fled the planet. He escaped aboard a TFF freighter, named Scar bound for the TFF Acadamy and learned more about the TFF through listening the the crew of the Scar. Angered by the hostile takeover of the place he called home he looked for any way he could contribute to eradicating the evil of Yaoi.

He enlisted in the TFF Acadamy and his ability to read the tide of battle and sniff out traps (which Yaoists are fond of employing) placed in the position of scout both on the ground and in the air/space. When the F.R.E.Y.A. bomb hit most of his squadron was wiped out, leaving him without a commander or much of a unit. So the Higher-ups decided he would greatly contribute to their infiltration mission and re-assigned him on the daring raid to save their comrades in Fiction.

Abilities: The ability to read a person's intentions by simply observing at them. This is especially useful in determining the enemy's tactics as they prepare to carry them out (no it's not a sharingan-like spamming ability, just being able to see if that opponent's handshake doesn't turn into a chokehold and such). He can also keep aware of all the important objects around him, even during the most confusing of dogfights or battles.

Items of Importance: The pockets of his clothing always carry an assortment of 'incase-I-need-it' items such as pens, a flashlight, switchblade, rubberband and other odd items (including a spork in his right thigh pocket). Just in case.

Also seems to have an odd affection to a matte-black bowie knife with the word "Rebound" etched into the handle.

Name: Lea

Catchphrases: "Don't mess with my hat, Bitch." "Got it Memorized?"

Appearance:

Facial appearance

And his clothes. Only the hat is black and the bandana red (yes, the hat is completely necessary)

Affiliation: TFF. Though generally he goes it alone, as a free agent. However in this case someone managed to seriously piss him off.

Theme Song: Er... not a music kinda guy myself... Any help? I know of like two songs that come close, Burn Burn and Going down in flames, but there might be something more appropriate. I wouldn't know of it though. :huh.:

Edit: Thanks to Watashiwa for reccing "Burn My Dread".

Background: At age 19, Lea is a free agent of the TFF alliance who stops by to raise trouble every once and a while, a Pyro through and through. A near master in the art of manipulation and battle, it's only his hotheaded nature that often gets him into trouble. He's been traveling for years to forgotten lands and even different dimensions to collect various items of magical origin, and also learning the arts of Runic magic. Has a love of battle that rivals almost no one, and holds great pride in his abilities. Almost too much, many say.

He refuses to reveal just why a free agent like himself wants in on the assualt, but may believe the attack was simply so horrible that it became personal.

They would be quite disappointed if they knew the reason was due to the small nick that was left on his hat during the attack (Look at it, you can see it a mile away!). He places much value in his hat.

Which is a shame, considering he also considers quite a few of the the countless priceless artifacts he's collected as complete junk.

As for his ambitions, and to why he does what he does in traveling across worlds in search of objects of power... some say he's looking for someone. Though they know not who... or for what purpose...

Abilities: Lea is extremely agile and has very high reflexes, but his physical strength is nothing special, and though he's rather hardy, heavy blows would seriously get to him as his defensive abilities aren't all that high either. Beyond that, Lea's main fighting skills come in two forms. Runic Magic, and Magic Artifact usage.

Runic magic is, quite literally, the formation and manipulation of magic through the form of runes, either created via magic seals, or written in another form. However due to his years of mastering the method, he is able to create magic seals at a extremely fast rate and thus rarely has to create them himself, although he does use the shortcut method for certain techniques, most notably his own personal 'Hammer Space' of magic goodies.

His usage of Runic magic is completely Fire based, and the numerous techniques he can pull off with them include but are not limited to bursts of fireballs, pillars of flames, entrapping and enclosing his opponent in a fireball only to implode it around them*, short range teleportation via fire and smoke, flame streams, and bursts of fire released all around him. He's also able to create his two personal weapons from flames, his Blazing Chakram Wheels through this method as well. His manipulation capabilities with the weapons is extremely high level, and he becomes highly deadly with them at any range, particularly in conjunction with his short range teleport ability.

He has been working on other Runic spells over the years, but he hasn't completed them as of yet.

Items of Importance: Lea's more varied style relies completely on the magic artifacts he has collected over the years. However, frankly speaking, he has no idea what most of them are, let alone how to use them. His list of goodies include:

'Hammer Space' Bracelet: His bracelet contains the runes that allow him to open and close the 'dimensional space' in which he stores his goodies. Afterall, lugging all that stuff around would be a pain, and why waste energy creating the runes via magic for it? It takes some time to activate though, so using it in battle can be tricky. Usually he's stuck getting out an item really quick and then having to deal with it. He hates it when he accidentally pulls out the mittens. The secondary ability of this artifact is to create a portal between one location and another, summoning up a portal of darkness for him to pass through. Though it seems simple, the ability is actually quite dangerous, and also has a certain charge time which, among other features of the technique, make it a bad choice to use in battle.

The Ring of the 9 Flame Dragons: It's supposed to be a highly powerful magic artifact, but all Lea can do is produce flame with it. Which is better than everyone else who has tried, as they can't do anything with it at all.

Magic Flame Weaponry: A set of magical items he's collected, which include a boomarang, a crossbow, a pair of guns with specialized bullets that he favors considerably, a set of knives, a staff, a fork, and some weird pointy thingy he never figured out what it was. Oh, and a pair of mittens, but he's never been too fond of those. All these items save the mittens seem to respond to his Runic Flame magic and the fire produced by the ring. The mittens are useless. He's tried to get rid of them countless times, but they keep reappearing in the 'Hammer Space'. He's never even attempted to put them on, they look so stupid.

7 Rings: No clue what these are either. He's pretty sure they do something, considering how well guarded they were, but all they seem to be able to do is split in half.

Useless Lantern: A spherical black lantern with a large number of very old runes adorning it that generally gives off a gentle silver light when it actually decides to work which he collected somewhere. This is the only item he always carries it around just because he usually ends up in dark places in his travels, but it hardly ever even lights right.

It's only natural that he doesn't realize this is the most powerful object in his arsenal.

His last ability is one he calls Trance, in which his magic, speed, and reaction capabilities skyrocket at the cost of steadily draining him dry at a rapid pace. Runes light up all over his body, and he finds himself able to read between the flow of battle, which allows a brief precognition capability. He can still be hit of course, if the attack is large enough or comes at him too quickly, but with his enhanced capabilities it becomes trickier. He doesn't know how he learned it, as he somehow when he was in a real bind once, and it's popped up a few times after that. He also doesn't know how to actually activate it himself, as it generally only happens at the exact moment he's utterly screwed without it.

It's only natural that he doesn't suspect the lantern as the cause.

He also has other various seals (a majority of which pretty much just explode) he has which he can use, although their abilities pale in comparison to the other goodies he has on him. Oh, and his Chakram Wheels. Finally...

His Hat: DO NOT SCREW WITH THE HAT.

Potential for growth: At his current level, he's pretty balanced, despite the fluff words I put in there for effect. Favors long range combat more than close range capability wise, but save that he isn't too out of the ordinary. Speed is clearly superior to a normal human's in his base state, but his Magic stamina is rather low considering the stuff he's packing, even though he manages to get by, and his other physical capabilties aren't all that high either. Speed is the only thing really out of the ordinary with him, though his Magic offensive power is pretty high too. However... let's just say, if he knew how to use half the stuff he's carrying with him, he'd be approaching over 9000. Don't get me started on when he learns to use them together. He'd be approaching Godhood.

(*Not an accurate ability by any means. In fact, the only time he's ever gotten anyone with it was when they weren't able to move. And in that case he got lucky)

This is probably a really bad Idea given what's expected and the fun I've been having with the other RPGs... Along with my current workload... but hey, this is TFF. How can I refuse?

Watashiwa's going to bust a gasket when he sees the stuff this guy's packing...

No NPCs just yet. A few will be showing up later though, if I get around to that bit. Particularly that old man... in the Hawaiian shirt...

I suppose it could be fun to play a baddie, I guess... Though I'll have to see where that one goes...

Name: Mark Maxwell

Organization: None, but has been frequently been hired by the TFF as a guide

Theme Song: "Of Wolf and Man" by Metallica

Background:

He cannot recall his past completely, but formerly lived in a remote jungle planet before it was taken over by the YAOI. He managed to hijack a ship and escaped. Now, he serves as a guide to any number of missions.

Abiliites:

Enhanced hearing and vision. He can also detect thermal energy to locate targets as well as sniff them out with his improved sense of smell. That also means flashbangs are devastating against him.

He is a sure shot with any long range weapons, but prefers a mechanized bow as a primary weapon (think rambo). His close range proficiency lies in a set of two hunting daggers. He is also a very proficient medic. His abilities from general salve healing to surgery is top notch.

He is novice user of earth, nature, air, and healing magics.

Growth potential:

His abilities in the uses of earth, nature, and healing magic will increase with use. As he learns to wield these abilities, he will learn to enhance his own abilities. His air magic will be limited to increasing his own mobility and his attack speeds. Eventually, his attunement with nature will be to the point that he can sense anything from miles away due to his close bond with mother nature.

Glad to see so many people are joining. With any luck, we might actually get this off the ground, and that pleases me (read: my ego) immensely. :p

Now, I haven't been able to upload my own NPC character, but fortunately the time I could've spent building her I spent it on something slightly more productive. Here are the RPG sig banners, for you to spice up your signature with some moar GAR and Awesome:

Blank Sig Banner:

Sig Banner with Text:

Sig Banner with Character Space (Right side is blank for you to 'shop your own characters into it):

To be certain, you don't actually have to put any of these in your sig, but I rather highly encourage it. ^_^

Gogogogo!

Here is my own banner as an example:

Huh...

I was a bit too busy the last while or so to actually finish my character profile, etc, but a rather crackish idea just came through me today that I don't know if it's a good idea or not.

My current character is mostly the same from the previous TFF RPG's - namely, a blunt hockey player/insane hockey fan/former fire demon who tends to be really out of the loop due to probably taking one too many pucks to the head or stuff like that. But, I've been playing this character for awhile and I feel like doing something a little different. Not create a new character, but tweak a little bit...

And so, a funny idea came to mind - in the interests of science :snigger: and perhaps a healthy dose of crack...I was thinking of making my player character capable of switching genders, given a certain Ranma-esque action. Essentially, there's now two Legacy's - a male and female form, both with slightly different personalities.

I was thinking of the idea and it somehow sounds fun to otentially RP as a...genderswappable character.

...

Either that, or maybe it's a sign I should stop browsing the genderswapped stuff on Danbooru...

Thoughts? Should I? :snigger:

Just a note:

I'm going to take this afternoon to hammer out the plot details for at least the first half of the RP. Once I've got that outline done (and thus possess a way to implement the plot events as we play), we can start playing the game.

As I can write pretty quickly when I set my mind to it, we'll probably be getting off the ground on Sunday, if not late at night today. :D

EDIT:

Just to clarify, people can still keep on registering even after the game's started (unless it's something retarded like trying to do it during the Grand Finale, or something, but most people would have the common sense not to do that).

Right.

Name: Lyon

Theme-song: Moonage Daydream

Age: 18, but can pass as either younger or older.

Appearance: 5'11", of Polynesian and Caucasian descent. Waka blonde (-> Dark blonde hair, honey coloured skin, hazel eyes). Slender, but not in a useless supermodel way ie - often asked if she's a dancer or gymnast or what have you (though "underweight" according to that rubbish BMI thing <_<). Wears togs everywhere, but over those a pair of green skinny jeans and an outsize white hoodie. And Monkey Vans.

Affiliation: TFF, on this particular occasion.

Abilities: No supernatural awesomesauce abilities, but is rather good at manipulating people.
Knows Wu-style Shao Lin - of which she has studied enough to know how to kill you, and not enough to *not* kill you - but mostly just sticks to her guns, being a sharpshooter an whatnot (ba dum boom tish).
Efficient (thought not adept) with most spear and axe type weapons, but is flying by the seat of her pants when she picks them up, having only trained with them very briefly.
Has a knack for breaking into places and not setting off any alarms, partly because she's naturally rather flexible.
Good swimmer. Also good with boats. And most marine-related stuff. Except for shellfish. Which are just creepy.
Extensive knowledge of herb-lore.

Stuff: A pair of 9mm Glock 19 Pistols. Lockpicks in the soles of her shoes. An annotated copy of T.S Eliot's Collected Works, which she is prone to quoting under her breath, a bit creepily.

[Wants a motorcycle, but feels greedy if she is allowed one.]

Background: Other than the fact that she is wanted for murder in her home country, and that the people (yup, plural) she murdered seemed to have been connected to the Yaoists, little is known.
Loves the ocean.
And peanut m&ms.
Hates shellfish.

Potential for Growth: God knows. Has a bit of a maniacal streak though, which might rear its psycho head.

Did I leave anything out?
