TFF: Assault on Yaoi! (Signup Thread)

... How strong a level are we talking here? Though either way, given special circumstances Lea might be able to do it. However it would be more indirect than anything. As in he uses his most powerful spell to destroy the ship while it's in space, and then people inside die. Including him, since the level of power required to do that kind of damage would likely be enough to pretty much knock him unconcious before he can even think of long range teleporting. Provided said commanders can't escape or survive in space. Edit: Also provided the ship isn't so massive that the damage from Firestorm isn't sufficent enough to cause enough damage to it, but then all Lea has to do is use it in the core. Course he dies faster that way...

Here's my opinion. Hold off on making your profile for a day or two and use the time to read everyone else's profiles, and all of the Story Posts.
But, generally even Grunt!Yaoi Fangirls are comparable to Brainless Super!Zombies, while any that have a semblance of sanity are usually low level super humans, with some neat tricks.

Is Lea not memorable enough? Perhaps I should start making him more like the black hat man soon. Allude to some of the things he's done in the past with Nanashi. Like that time he discovered that there was a self help group for those with Pyrophobia... Or the time he was selected as a diplomat to discuss a peace treaty when working undercover. Or the time he put a dead cockroach in someone's remains during a ressurection ritual by users of dark magics that caused the creation of the creature that nearly destroyed the universe in a reign of terror. Or the second time he nearly did the same thing after he was mistakenly selected to instruct a group of boy scouts in survival.

Seriously though, the largest limit Lea has that keeps him from being capable of such a thing is the fact that his reserves are only barely above average. He can't spam it basically. He has enough for one use of Firestorm when attempting to destroy a city when he's full (Could use more if he uses it on a smaller scale), before conking out. And that's it. Background A retired veteran of the Blightwars of Randland, a sparsely populated ficdom, he met Birgitte Silverbow, a bisexual Yuri activist. They fell quite in love and traveled to several fandoms, spreading the Yuri goodness. (Personally, Uno thought the marriage in spring was rather cliche, but wisely kept his mouth shut to avoid getting his ass shot up with arrows.)
When the Yaoiists attacked, they were in TFF. Uno rushed home to find his wife dead and several Yaoiist assassins standing over her body.
He saw red, and when he came out of it, he was repeatedly stabbing a dead body with a sword stolen off of one of the assassins, and was missing an eye. He bagged and tagged the bodies, and noticing he was missing one.
He was annoyed, but quickly cheered up. The hunt is the best part of the kill, after all.
He wandered the streets for a few days, stabbing occasional dead bodies of Yaoiists to make sure they were dead. He came across a TFF official plastering a poster across a wall in a alleyway.

He started laughing so hard that he actually broke open his healing eye. Then, he rooted his old armor out of storage, tied an eyepatch around his head, and joined the ranks the next day.
Abilities : Experience In Randland, there were rumors that too much time in the Blight could do funny things to a man. They based this partially on the constant battle and nigh-unexistant rest and food, and the other part on how the things they were fighting were like nightmares made flesh. There are things that dwell in the real nasty parts that can leave a man broken and gibbering and covered in stuff you don't want to identify.
Uno's idea of funny is cutting a man's tongue out and then feeding it to a kitten, before asking him if the cat's got his tongue. So maybe the rumors have a little basis.
Sword Skills : Uno never really cared for all the fancy-schmancy, complicated sword moves. When they asked him to preform Hummingbird Nips the Blossom, he threw a fistful of petals in the eyes of the eyes of his opponent, before nailing him in the groin with his practice sword.
He may not have much aptitude with the more classical forms, but he knows very well how to use a sword. He knows what angle to stab upwards so you can't scream as you die, and he can move onto the next sentry and do it again. He understands that the hilt of the sword can work as a club, and that if you knock a few nails through it it gets even more interesting.
Hand-to-hand : In the camps, they teach a little basic hold and grapple. What's not mentioned is the after-dark no holds barred brawls that men bet their stipends on, and the title of Ring Lord that Uno still holds from the time killed a man by biting off both his ring fingers and shoving them down his throat.
Uno thought it was quite amusing at the time.
The Flame and the Void : While Uno didn't quite get along with the classic drills and excercises, he caught onto this particular form of meditation like clockwork.
Called the Flame and Void, the Oneness by others, the warrior imagines a flame and feeds all his emotions to it, leaving nothing but a white void. Users can process information, analyze situations, think quickly and coldly, while in this state.
Items of Importance : The Trahelion Rose Uno's sword used to be that of a Yaoiist, forged from their blind devotion, and hence, unbreakable and eternally sharp. Said Yaoiist also seemingly had an Anime inclination, as it is in the form of a long katana, and had SasuXNAru MPreG sqEE><!!! written on the blade.
It wasn't too much of a problem painting over that. Uno always had a soft spot for 'Yaoiist Blood Number 5'.
He named it the Trahelion Rose, because Birgitte's maiden name before her legendry archery skills became known was Trahelion, and one of her nicknames was the 'Rose of Shara', Shara being one of the provinces of Randland. Hence, the Trahelion Rose.
The sword will break when their devotion does. Uno doesn't mind. He's prefers breaking their skulls, not their devotion, so he estimates it will last pretty damn long.
Potential For Growth : Uno has seen his fair shitton share of battles, but he knows that he'll only see more as the Assault begins. And with the death of his wife, his attention's been drawn back to the fact that he's still just an ordinary human. He's been considering revisiting those boring old pansy forms of swordfighting, to see what all the hype is about, and as of late, when he enters the Void, he's gotten the feeling that there's a strange sort of light, shining just beyond his vision...
Ally : Ghost of Birgitte Silverbow : Though Uno doesn't realize, that old 'She's still watching over you' line, isn't all sappy bullcrap. As of now, she's only been watching, hoping and praying for his success, but ghosts do tend to get stronger the more they get stressed, as is demonstrated in the Bleach district of TFF.
Birgitte's Abilities : She wasn't called Birgitte Silverbow for nothing. It was known throughout Randland, that when Birgitte shot, she didn't miss.
Ever.
And add that to as much battle experience as Uno, and then some, then throw in some natural girl-ticked-at-being-killed power, and you've got a woman who three different kinds of badass and counting.
