Available teachers.
This parts for listing who's available to teach magic or skills like gummi piloting.
None available.

note: in order to learn from someone, you have to be in the same world they're in.

Treasure Planet would be full of good pilots, though perhaps not of the variety we need. I suppose one could argue that you can learn a little magic from Genie, and Merlin and Yen Sid are obvious, along with the cat.

And, of course, Uncle... :ph43r:

If nothing else, you stand a chance of getting some interesting steampunk-esque cybernetics if you end up on Treasure Planet.

One mooore thing...Would we be able to take any people with us, like how Sora does with various characters? Not the same ones for sake of continuity, but you guys know what I mean.

I want that guy's arm. No seriously, that thing was awesome. The eye too, but in reality I'd lothe losing an eye.

Well, they don't do it in game for the sake of 'preserving world order', but if you can justify it why not.
Quick rule: No 'Plot Important' characters.

Other than that? use common sense. I'll allow cyber netics from treasure planet. I won't allow you to replace your arm with a beam cannon.

The beam cannon was ONLY in conjunction with the thing he had in his leg. The arm had a pistol and a sword, but the beam cannon was a double bonus.

I'm gonna have to go with Shibuya. The only problem is that it's a part of Earth, so that's gonna ve a headache to explain.

I'm in Traverse with Shaderic. Any plans after that, sirrah?

You do realize that it's going to be up to the two of us to get everyone else together (at least at first) right?

EDIT: Do I need to post my class? I'm a Player-class ESPer.

My class is going to be Pilot/Coordinator.
There's a reason for that. Two actually.
ONE: I suck at fighting. I can't aim very well. And magic isn't my thing.
TWO: I'm already keeping track of where every one's going. This just putting some of the fruit of labors to work.

EDIT: We also have lightwave.

My class.... Uh... Pyro/Artillery? Not nearly enough magic to be mage class, only weapon is Nitro, and has a couple of nasty tricks up his sleeve. All involving fire.

Also came up with a fun idea for ammo after a couple of containers of fuel get used. Canned 'Fireflies'. :snigger:

Don't worry too much about it. The three classes are warrior, mage and pilot. Pilots fly, mages cast, warriors fight. Those are the only real distinctions.

You kinda straddle the line between mage and warrior, but don't worry bout it.
Also, careful with those canned fireflies. I'm not sure how well they'd really work.

Badly. :snigger:

But I think half the fun would be trying it.

Hah, so the old, "Appeal to the GMs sense of awesome" play worked?

Nah, I'm most definately a mage, given that the pins have use limits. It's going to a nasty shock to find out that the Psyblade has a certain number of hits before it needs to recharge.

Since they're going to be the bane of his existence, he might as well find a use for them.

Wait, I count as a GM?!?
I thought of myself as more of a moderator.
*uses mystic gm powers to get himself a soda*
It Worked!

I think I'll go into the warrior's clique, though the real awesomeness kick would be if my weapon could channel magic cast by our mages for extra damage.

...

So the guy who organized the first TFF RPG to get over five pages in 24 hours of play, the RPG to brought in people who have no interest in doing this kind of thing and the one RPG here that successfully blend about any genre imaginable in a single, (more or less) logical setting...

DIDN'T REALIZE HE WAS THE GM!?!

Actually... you haven't needed to do GM work. Most of us know the setting, so it's pretty self-drected... but still. You're the guy calling the shots.
