TFF: Halloween World-Discussion

Alright. I've finished the review, and I've got End of 1000 Years playing.

It's time to play.

Also, red-text means Blaze's actions and lines.

Yeah, he's a villain for this campaign. You all know that. But... why don't you interact with him a bit? He's not very interested in fighting you now.

Although if you do, he'll show you some interesting moves of his own.

I'm not there, so I can't say it, but...

I calmly stated, from behind him.

"Your end." *SMA-BOOM!*

Something like that, I put less effort into it since it's not part of the game, but still.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say he is about to go teleport murder on us?

A tad, he pierced Shibosho two force fields and three layer's of armor with one blast.

Actually, six since it went all the way through.

Also me.

Post a profile, and we'll see. Technically, we're full. But, since Ray bailed on us, we have an open slot.

True Name (Who you were before): Nicholas Nielsen

Costume (Self-explanatory): A mix of Master Xehanort and Soma Cruz.
Pre-Personality: Very calm, though he does worry a lot.

Shift-Personality: Still nice, but easier to anger and far more violent.

Appearance: About six feet tall, and lean-muscled. His eyes, which were previously green, are now a deep red. The pupils have also changed into slits, giving him a far more dangerous appearance. Hair's silver and straight, and long.

Abilities:
Increased strength, speed, durability, and agility.
Dark Powers: He possesses plenty of Dark powers, from the infamous Guardian of Xehanort's Heartless, to Soma's soul abilites.

Master Swordsman: Can summon Master Xehanort's Keyblade, and use it quite well.

Weaknesses: Holy weapons are the bane of Nicholas. Being hit with one of those HURTS.

Oh come on, now I'm Super Effective against three of my own teamate's.

Oh come on, no god modding. Kingdom hearts wasn't even out then.

EDIT: You wouldn't be a nice guy. You would be Master Xehanort. He has been taking over bodies for a while. You honestly think you could beat a body snatcher in his home field?

Well, Shaderic DID say that we could use costumes from stuff that came out after that year...And good point on the Xehanort bit..Switch it to Riku.

DENIED!
Part of the reason we've had such a good 'survival' rate is that we've had people using quasi-generic costumes.

Riku is an established character, and thus can render you (this is supposed to be partly about your survival) effectively dead. Your only chance at revival would be if things were set back

An interesting plot might revolve around trying to fix what happened, but it's impossible, unfortunately. Unless a time traveler existed before the Shift/Red Moon Rising (another name for what happened. I made it up), this can't be fixed. Mostly because if a 'new' time traveler tried they'd create a paradox.

Soma Cruz, on the other hand... Yeah, you're gone there too. You might be able to pull off some one with 'The Power to Rule'. All that requires is having a birthday on the day of Dracula's defeat/sealing in 1999. Putting you at what, 11? Nah, That's no good either.

Try again.

If you want shadow powers why not go as a Shadow man?

Well...Let me try again.

True Name (Who you were before): Nicholas Nielsen

New Name:
Costume (Self-explanatory): A mix of various bad guys; I explained it as an "evil Overlord."
Pre-Personality: Very calm, though he does worry a lot.

Shift-Personality: Evil to the core, but knows what NOT to do to fail.

Dark Powers: He possesses plenty of Dark powers.

Weaknesses: Holy weapons are the bane of Requiem. Being hit with one of those HURTS.

..Figured ya needed a villain.

Got one of those already.
Blaze is just the right combination of dangerous, bright, and motivated that should produce an excellent villain.

I worked hard to balance him out in the encounter, while at the same time putting his bench way up there. It was a team effort to get him out of there, and it came close. His ARM got shot off, and he still shot straight through Aarik and Shibo's characters.

Also... Dark Powers? What the hell does that mean? And how is 'Evil to the core' a personality?

... Sorry. Another villain would be nice, and save me some work, but you just seem to power-wanking most of the time.

Show me some motivations here, for your villain, and that you can conduct your guy in a balanced manner, and then we'll talk.

Try again. You've got anything that you can wear as a costume to go from. Ninja, pirates, snipers, demons... get creative, man.

Whoops....

Here's one based on my "TFF Watchmen" character(profile copied):
Name: Nicholas Nielsen
Alias: Dr. Tempo
Age:? 24
Alignment: Good
Era:? Modern Era
Gender: Male
Ethnicity: White
Nationality: United States
Hometown: Honolulu
Backstory: Born in Honolulu to a Navy soldier, his mother was murdered in front of him by his own father when the former confronted his father about an affair.? He lived in an orphanage, where n one understood this unique child. He was bullied constantly until he was 8; then, a man saved him, and took him under his wing. The boy learned how to fight and defend himself, was given a great education, and lived a comforted life...until, at 15, his adoptive father brought him on an assignment...and was asked to kill his own father, who had built up a major bill against a crime lord. Realizing he was being raised to be an assassin's heir, the young man shot his caretaker in the leg, and ran. Nicholas dedicated his life to keeping the constant tempo of life flowing, and named himself as Tempo. He soon gained a degree in Psychology, and added the Dr. to his name; by this time, he'd already proven himself as a detective, busting a few crime rings. This brought him to the attention of the famous Peregrine, who decided to watch this rising star. Dr.Tempo soon stopped a powerful drug gang from carrying out a major operation, managing to sneak his way into the gang, and when he had enough info to have them busted, took them down and turned them over to the cops. Tempo soon met his old mentor, Requiem, again; the two fought, but Tempo barely won. Tempo, not wanting to kill Requiem and thus become the man who had tried to turn him into a killer, spared Requiem.
Personality: Tempo is a bonafide geek, and looks the part. He also has a short temper; all this is due to him having Asperger's Syndrome. However, a keen mind lies behind this face, as does a strong sense of justice. Tempo hates killing, and works with the authorities to help capture criminals.
Abilities: Tempo is a master of a style of martial arts he calls "Ryu-Hoshi" in honor of the famous video game character. This style mixes up Judo, pro wrestling, and various other styles. Tempo prefers to counter his foes and outwit them. He's as strong as a normal guy, but he's very fast. His mind helps him as well. He's also got quite the silver tounge.
Equipment: Tempo carries whaterver tools he needs for a particular mission; after all, it's best not toload upon unecessary stuff
Costume: Tempo wears a green coat with a musical note on the back. He wears a Rosarach-stylemask,but without the inkblots, and green.
..Basically, I'd have two sests of memories...My normal self, and my "TFF Watchmen" self to sort through.

How else...HEADSHOT!
Zombies are already dead, so he doesn't care about having to kill them again.

It's that time of year again, folks.
The part where I start necroing my own threads, to see if anyone wants to play a game.

So. Halloween World. Do we want to play off what we got, start anew, or just ignore the wacky guy posting in an RP thread?

Necromancy sounds good. Let's get the bones, skulls, black paints and make time start up again!

I'm good for either.
