Current Plot (just in case you guys haven't already read it enough times :p)

OST: Fate/Stay Night Remix - Unfading Thoughts

It is A.D. 3,149, during the Dark Age of the Internets. In a stunning display of audacity, cunning, and sheer evil manipulation, a large force of Yaoist fanatics, the elite wing of that plague-spreading empire of Yaoi, whose holdings include more than 2/3rds of the worlds along the Internet multiverse, including substantial parts of FF.Net, Fictionpress, and, even, a foothold in the surreal world of 4chan, smashed through the defenses of TFF Academy City, an Internet-renowned hub of fanfiction trade and commerce, along with several other large enterprises and markets, in a lightning raid, razing the TFF Internet Trading Center to the ground and heavily damaging the Government Tower, the administrative building also known as the home of the mysteriously absent Lord Hawk. Before a city-wide alarm could even be sounded, the Yaoists were already falling back, damage done, along with a large number of hostages, including many prominent personalities, such as the Obnoxious Goddess Haruhi, Rin Tohsaka, Lelouch and Nunnally vi Britannia, many renowned fanfiction authors, and even Zeni and her sister Eterna, heroines of past wars against Yaoi. Meanwhile, with Lord Hawk absent, the government was thrown into complete disarray.

Then, as the city descended into panic, the last Yaoist ship to retreat, the massive flagship Cassandra the Great, dropped one last gift upon the city in the form of a gigantic antimatter-fueled F.R.E.Y.A. bomb. Fortunately, by this point the more powerful inhabitants of the city had been sufficiently roused, and this allowed for the deployment of a tactical emergency shield fueled by redirecting the city's entire energy grid into it. The shield was then used to surround the bomb's surface area just as it went off, preventing all damage from the explosion. But even this shield could not stop the gigantic, blunt-force shockwave generated by the contained explosion, which, when unleashed, caused disastrous damage to the outskirts of the city.

And thus the fangirls faded into the darkness, leaving behind a TFF Academy City that was broken and in disarray.

Barely a day after the event, the remnants of the Government convened.

Such an atrocity, it was decided, could not go unpunished.

However, what could be done? Even at its strongest, TFF was in no position to launch a war against the massive Empire of Yaoi. What could be done now, with most of its industrial base left in shambles, its fanfic production ruined? Even if all the admittedly quite powerful individuals that roamed TFF's streets, including those that had fought in previous wars with the Yaoists, could be assembled into a proper fighting force, they could never hope to match the sheer size of the Empire.

And yet something had to be done. The hostages had to be rescued. An eye had to be taken for the eye that had been so violently ripped off the face of TFF.

And then came the bright idea. Just as the fangirls had come to realize the futility of a direct military invasion with conventional armies and had attacked TFF in a lightning-quick terrorist raid, so would TFF do the same.

Capitalizing on its most visible advantage, the individual fighting and sometimes even magical prowess of most of its inhabitants, TFF Academy City would assemble an elite group of individuals. They, equipped with their own powers that had already been honed over the years, would lead an ambitious infiltration mission on the heartland on the Empire of Yaoi, rescue the hostages, and pay back the evil done by doing the impossible - assassinating the Empress of Yaoi. All help would be accepted. Anyone, from all corners of the Internets could answer the call, provided they had sufficient power.

This would not be a war on the Empire.

This would be... an Assault on Yaoi!

Map of Current Location:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Belligerents:

TFF

Description: One of the most powerful non-Yaoi factions in the multiverse, holding many small outposts all over the net. The capital, TFF Academy City, was until recently the largest hub of internet trade and commerce along the famed Broadband Belt. However, the Yaoist attack on the city less than a week ago has created a ripple effect throughout the Internets, reinforcing an already deep sense of pessimism and insecurity not felt since the first invasion of FF.Net - that not even the greatest bulwarks of stability are safe from the Yaoi scourge.

Empire of Yaoi

Description: The single most powerful nation in the entire multiverse. The Empire's iron fist is wrapped firmly around the Dialup Breach, crossing over into the gaping black holes of the Maw of Chen and into the uncharted galaxies of Offverse, along with a myriad outposts in other dimensions. In layman's terms, the Empire's eternally aggressive policy of conquest has brought it to control over a thousand worlds: Alagõesia, Netscape, 2chan, the renamed Yaoichan, Fantasia, Furry World and all of its outposts, several holdings in hell, gurochan, and France are but a few of its possessions.

Some worlds, however, have refused to go down quietly. As an example, though the Empire first invaded FF.Net almost a century ago, and managed to gradually infest at least 3/4ths of it, the remaining provinces of that world have banded together, offering stiff resistance against the scourge and, to this date, continuing to bog down any further attempts at invasion, despite attrition from fighting against the Empire's massive resources. Likewise, though the world of 4chan has suffered from Yaoist corruption, it has remained largely intact, as has FF.Net's sister world, FictionPress.

TFF's constant repelling of the Empire's invasions has become legendary.

Factions:

TFF Central Government

Description: The government of TFF, led by the mysteriously and almost-perpetually absent Lord Hawk. Though thrown into disarray by the recent terrorist attacks, Lady Genocide, third and now highest in the overall command chain after the recently death of Lord Israfel in a freak accident involving a spider and a pig, has managed to regain order, and is currently leading the establishment in an attempt to respond to the crisis.

TFF Central Military

Description: The armed branch of TFF. Though mostly devastated by the Yaoist attack, it still retains its garrisons in the interior of TFFA City. The institution, though once trusted, is currently under deep suspicion after suggestions by Lady Genocide that traitors inside it might have made the terrorist attacks possible.

TFF Mercenaries

The group of individuals specifically hired by Lady Genocide to counter the Yaoist threat (i.e. you guys, the player characters). Though dismissed by some as untrained, money-grabbing riff-raff, this rag-tag band of mismatched individuals might be TFF's only hope. And I stretch the "might".

Yaoist Mercenaries

The Empire of Yaoi is known for hiring hosts of unscrupulous characters to do their bidding in places where committing their own forces might be otherwise unwise or unfeasible. These individuals have thus basically sold their souls to the Empire for raw cash, doomed in one way or another to assist and further the Yaoi scourge.

Yaoist Military

The institution responsible for the organization and deployment of most of the Empire's forces. The bulk of grunt-rank, mindless fangirls and Yaoibots comes from this institution.

Fist of Yaoi

The armed elite of the Empire. Only the most powerful, highest-ranking individuals in the Empire can belong to this organization, which controls the military, along with most economic and policy matters. Influential to the point where the higher echelon answers solely to the Empress, this organization is truly something to be feared.

Directly behind the terrorist attacks on TFFA City, along with the mass infestation of civilians with Yaoi Plague in several different campaigns, among other atrocities.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Top Enemies:

By the Grace of the Dark, Mavere li Annuria, the Enlightened, Queen of the Multiverse, Empress of Yaoi.

Affiliation: Empire of Yaoi

Description:The one and only Empress of Yaoi, eternal ruler of anything remotely related to the Empire. Amazingly powerful, she leads the Empire from the shadows, rarely making any public appearances. Little is known about her, but the fact that she appears to be the head of the Empire's proverbial snake make her a foe to be more feared than any other.

???, Defender of the Faith, Grandmaster Fangirl

Affiliation: Empire of Yaoi

Description: ???

Lady Catherine vi Annuria

Affiliation: Fist of Yaoi

Description: 1st Knight of the Fist, though far from the actual leader of the mostly decentralized organization. Following the Empress's mandate, she led the Yaoist forces in the terrorist attacks against TFF, and is currently retreating from that area. Extremely competent.

Lady Issildra vi Annuria

Affiliation: Fist of Yaoi

Description: 2nd Knight of the Fist. Though she was supposed to aid Catherine in the attack and stick beside her at all times, she separated from the retreating forces of her own volition, and is currently leading an infiltrated force of Yaoists in an attempt to stop TFF from retaliating against the assault. Extremely competent.

Lady ???

Affiliation: Fist of Yaoi

Description: 3rd Knight of the Fist. ???

That's it for today. More to come tomorrow. I just wanted to get the first half of it up as soon as possible.

As most of you will be able to tell, I left several slots open in the "Top Enemies" section, almost completely without description, with "???" marks in the important fields. Those enemies will be revealed later, along with a host of other antagonists.

Btw, if you want me to add your own antagonists to the list, or if you're playing an antagonistic character yourself, just tell me (and PM me a character summary if its an NPC) and I'll put the info up. ^_^

Basic Enemies (In order from least powerful to most powerful):

- All enemies, unless otherwise stated, rank at at least a superhuman level of raw strenght, though not necessarily intelligence, tactics, speed, magical power, etc.-

Fangirl

Standard grunt of the Empire's army. Synthetically corrupted by Yaoi Plague, these poor, deformed mongrels resemble zombies more than they do any actual living creatures. They exist only to obey and destroy. Extremely weak.

Warrior Fangirl

Much closer to the actual colloquial definition of a "Yaoi Fangirl", these soldiers, often armed with guns, but sometimes also holding knives or even swords, are Fangirls who willingly walked down the dark path, and thus are completely rational and sentient, and have been able to keep their original bodies without any deformities. They are still, however, irrevocably corrupted.

Elite Fangirl

Often sent in as squad leaders, these women are garbed in long black dress uniforms, and they all exclusively carry swords. They are, in fact, beings whom their voluntary corruption has favored, actually enhancing the beauty of their original bodies and even granting them the ability to use Dark magic.

Yaoist Lieutenant

The more powerful Elite Fangirls are sometimes promoted to Lieutenants, who often act as aides to higher ranking army commanders and often oversee most small scale operations on the field.

Side Note: Though she doesn't look it, Ariana, Lady Issildra's aide, would class as a Lieutenant. Most of the fangirls the party has currently faced, however, would only reach Elite class, at most.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yaoibot

Basic Yaoi robot. Created as range support for the zombified Fangirls. Uses lasers as its main weapons. Durable.

Black Yaoibot

Sturdier version of the Yaoibot, equipped with more powerful lasers, plasma shields, and the ability to deploy minor anti-personnel weaponry such as grenades.

PlagueCarrier

Final version of the Yaoibot. Enhances all the capabilities of the Black Yaoibot, along with an increase in size. Besides that, it is also equipped with a powerful Yaoi Beam rumored to instantly corrupt weaker victims into Yaoified zombies.

Interesting Locations:

Planetary Level -

TFF Planet: The mostly barren, small homeworld of TFF, actually ranking as more of a dwarf planet around the size of Pluto. Most of the small inhabitable area of the planet is taken up by bases, outposts, factories, and, of course, the massive TFF Academy City.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Ground Level -

TFF Academy City: The large city where the RPG begins, and capital of TFF. Defined as the central hub of Internet commercial activity before the Yaoist bombing of the Internet Trade Center just a few weeks ago. The immense and cosmopolitan TFFA City hosts the massive TFF Academy, which serves as what amounts to school for every subject to every student - basically the first truly universal university. Also hosts the large HQ of the immense, multiverse-spanning Morgan Corporation, which has stock in just about every profitable activity in every dimension.
|
|-> Slums: The poorest part of TFFA City, directly below the massive skyscrapers that make up the residential areas of the city's wealthiest individuals. A hive of criminal discontent and revolutionary anger.

|-> Commercial District: The hub of all commercial activity on TFFA City, and also where the Internet Trading Center used to be before the attack. After the attack, however, the center of the Commercial District got turned into a burning crater - Ground Zero.

|-> Central District: The part of TFFA where the government is located, along with many of the city's most important buildings.

|-> TFF Academy Complex: The massive university complex of the TFF Academy. Among these hallowed halls of knowledge, one could find virtually anything.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Locales:

Zaraki's Bar (TFFA City Slums): The central hub of activity in the Slums and the starting point of the game. Not a rumor enters TFFA City without first having passed through this hive of scum and villainy.

TFF HQ: The central government building, where everything is run.

TFF Central Military Tower: Main base of the military. Hosts the Central Military Hangar, the Spec Ops Division Quarters, the Emergency Ammo Supply, and the Special Research and Development Laboratories.
|
|-> Central Military Hangar: What seem to be the final three top floors of the Military Tower's building are actually a large hangar, built to house small ships such as shuttles and fighters, and launch them in case of an extreme emergency such as a disabling of the main hangars along the city's outskirts (which did happen, courtesy of the Yaoi attack).

|-> Emergency Ammo Supply: Speaks for itself. A massive store of weapons and ammo to be used in case of emergency. Located in the underground vaults beneath the Tower's building.

|->Spec. Ops Division Quarters: Home to the Special Operations units and personnel, and the Military's intelligence hub.

|-> Special R&D Labs: Home to all manner of military research, including those heavily guarded, secret projects the Government keeps perpetually under wraps.

(Side Note: Following Watashiwa's lead here, the R&D Labs is where the TFF Weapons Program originated.)
