This is basically a thread to post little facts and such about TFFA. Similar to Shiakou's Xmas encyclopedia, but meant to contain everything about TFF.

Possible entries:

Historical- Major events that occured in the past. The events surrounding the arrival of Zenithos and Eterna to TFF, How TFF came to be, the story of how So and So invented the most popular drink in TFF history, and so on.

Material: The story of a legendary artifact, the process of forging magic rings, or a funny story about how the TFFA Principal go that shrunken head on his desk.

Character: Try to keep these limited to your own characters, or general figures in the TFF. Reno of the CMP, the bartender of Zaraki's, etc.

Locations: The history, backstory, and use of a particular place. The Twins' Shrine, Zaraki's Bar, a Floating Fortress, or the Gym Teacher's Study.

Events: The how, what and why of events. The TFFA Graduatons ceremonies, the White Snow Festival, etc.

Myths/Legends: Things that are talked about, but have yet to be proven. The story of how Eterna can breathe in water and exhale popcorn, how Hawk smote the Yaoi fangirls' original leader when he forged TFF, the principal's secret detention dungeon, or how kissing someone at the Shrine on the Full Moon causes a catgirl to be born.


I think I hit most of the categories that could be used. If someone thinks of another, I'll edit it in.

If people have an issue with this, because it could mess up current/future RPGs, we can take it donw. Until then, have at it!

Entry Type: Event

Name: White Snow Festival

The White Snow Festival is the celebration of the coming of winter, the season, of ice, snow, and nonlethal snowball warfare.

Traditionally it is held when the first snow of the year hits TFF, but after the Grand Flare Incident, which resulted in no snow for the winter, it has been held, at the latest, on December 15th.

The day starts with many of the mages altering the weather, to ensure that the snowfall is both plentiful and safe. Occasionally, some of them will show off their skill, can cause the snow to fall into the shape of impressive structures or messages.

From there, many shops open up street locations, offering free hot chocolate for buyers. Favorite foods served include fresh pies, summer fruit, and surprisingly, ice cream. Tables are set up, allowing customers to settle in and enjoy their meals and the new season with their friends. Many vendors also offer winter equipment, such as decorative scarves or embroidered coats
.
The main festival commences in mid afternoon, and generally consists of a performance by upcoming musical talents, accompanied by the TFF Academy Dance Students. Occasionally, some mages may also join in, demonstrating their mastery of cold based magic.

After the main performance, there are several more events and competitions. In addition to staples such as Skeeball and Races, there are several winter based events, from snow and ice sculpting, to hot chocolate drinking contests.

Once early evening sets in, people begin to form factions, and build snow forts, with an impressive supply of arctic weaponry. Once the sun sets, TFF is overtaken by a massive snowball war*, culminating with a single faction defeating the others, before turning on itself. The end result is a single person standing, who is generally given an award sponsored by TFF Academy.

Upon the conclusion of the Snow War, the near frozen participants traditionally retire to their homes, and settle down in front of a fire with family.

*Xerxezz has since been banned from the Snow War, on account of his invention of Snow Grenade and Snow Nukes.
