Yaoi idea:
Naruto and Sasuke swap bodies, have to deal with each other, and find that they fall madly in love with each other (again I say we need a vomit icon, but in this case it needs to be rolling its eyes at the same damn time).
Twisted idea:
Naruto and Sasuke swap bodies through some jutsu mishap or whatever, and while they have to deal with each other they become better friends. They don't freak out looking for a cure, though... because they decide they like the change. In fact, so does everyone else.
Naruto gets acknowledgedment, attention, and probably Sakura and the fangirls... because their crush just turned into a nice guy that acknowledges them back, so they can actually get to know him. Sasuke gets left alone to train for all the power he can get, so that he can kill his brother and be Emoducky. And so they just fall into their roles as Uzumaki Sasuke, the demon container, and Uchiha Naruto, the nice guy prodigy of Konoha.
Only problem is, Sasuke does kinda get annoyed when Naruto proves he's able to better push Sasuke's body to its limits than Sasuke could, by turning it into a stamina monster like his old body. :snigger: But Sasuke has Kyuubi chakra to rely on, so he's not that annoyed.

Lol. Personally? I think it'd be cool if, BTS, one Sasuke fangirl was exposed to a Naruto Style: Puppy Dog Eyes no Jutsu and fell for him because of how 'adorable' he looked. This fangirl spreads the word to all 456 other fangirls, who become curious and start to pursue Naruto to see what one of their own could possibly see in him.

Hilarity ensues as each member of the team tries various ways to get at the warlord's secrets without getting compromised, in both senses of the word.

Naruto is walking down the street when all of a sudden a girl is asking Sauske out on a date. He likes girls but not like that and especially when they are talking to his beloved Sasuke.

Sasuke, desperate to be rid of his fangirls, agrees to teach Naruto some of his family jutsu if he will act as his decoy. Cue Naruto pulling a perfect Sasuke imitation ala when he did it for the first time in canon and netting Sasuke even MORE fangirls.

Naruto and Sasuke's training spars usually end up with one of them in the hospital. The story recounts them and their friends views on the nature of friendship when they continue to push eachother to their limits and past them in pursuit of their dreams.
