The Best Anime/Manga/AMV's of 2006

Well, I just posted this over at Anifics, but figured why not here was well:

I figured it was about that time I ask what everyone thought the best Anime/Manga/AMV's they have seen during the 2006 year were.

I don't much care when it actually came out, or when / if licensed, just when you first saw or read them, and the format. For AMV's I would like to at least have some indicator of the series and name of it, if not the music artist and song. (note for my own, other/original/multi means just that, or is a extreme multitude of series mashed together).

For Anime:

A final note, the AMV links should be valid links to the description pages of where they were when I got them, but the song itself may not be downloadable any more, nothing much I can do about that.

EDIT: I just checked them all, only 'Deeper Shade of Mercury' can no longer be had. The description page is there, but no longer is the download link there.
