The Guessing Game!

The Devil Spin Kick is one of the more useful (and earliest) techniques learned in the lesser-known Bungie game ONI. Good plot, decent graphics, a little buggy, bad control scheme for the PS2.

Mine:
Sirocco

or

Chupon

(yes, I know I'm making it easy. Lack of imagination at the moment. :p )

SNEEZE! Annoying, weird looking FF6 boss that ended the fight by blowing you away with a mighty sneeze. :snigger: Also, apparently friends with Ultros.

Mine are the same as before:

Leimrey

or

Emperor Goldark

Bonus Credit:

Myao, Gao, Crowdia

Both SotF and toraneko are correct.

Drake: My guess is one of fighters you can buy in Freelancer. Although I prefer the dragon

Here's two more

Thrall Sinclair

and

Enserric the Grey

He's an ex-person that is found as a rather useful talking sword in Hordes of the Underdark (Neverwinter Nights).

Myao, Gao, Crowdia are Marjorly's minions in Rhapsody, a very funny game.

Mine are

Parano

or

Foomy (All Praise Lord FOOMY!)

Nope.

It's a Caldari battlecruiser in Eve Online.

Ah well, can't get them all. I guess that's the difference between spaceship and space fighter. <_<

FH Meta is correct. Enserric's comments when you use him in battle is quite funny.

Just realized I also know this one - it's a mixed Fire/Wind spell from Breath of Fire III, which is generally first learned by Teepo, I think.

Mine, changing them since nobody's trying:

Piastol

or

Chambard, City of Scorched Sand

Bonus credit:

Empress Massacre

Empress Massacre
The first is a bounty hunter in Skies of Arcadia Legends (and only the remake) that's pretty hard, unless you follow the strategy of Overwhelming Invulnerability, like I do. She's after your party for spoileriffic reasons.

Empress Massacre is one of the scariest things in some of the Tri-Ace games. Being on the recieving end of it, from the Iselia Queen, is never a good thing.

Emperor Goldark is from Dragon Force. Go play it for more information.

Mine are

Wang Long Chizuru

or

Kylin's Song

with bonuses for

Parano

and/or

Kyon's Smile

Kylin's Song
The unfortunately named Wang Long Chizuru (switch Wang and Long around and you'll see what I mean for 'unfortunately named'), also known as Chizuru Ishigami, is a fortuneteller and medium from Persona 2: Eternal Punishment. She's deeply involved in the plot of the game, so I can't say more without heay spoilers. Suffice it to say she's not as nice as she looks.

Kylin'sSong is one of the special monster moves from SaGa Frontier, which enables the monster with it to turn into a KylinJr. Monster. It normally is in possession of the eponymous monster, but in Blue's Quest, you can fight Kylin, and thus get his special move on one of your monsters.

Mine:

Criminal Symphony

or

Steel Massimo

Demitel

Massimo is a character than joins you in Megaman X: Command Mission.

He's big, strong, slow, and his elemental resistance is crap. But his special attack is so damn useful.

Mine are

Oni Kagura

or

Left Head and Right Head

or

FOOL Orpheus

One of the more useful physical attacks that the Hitoshura can learn in SMT: Nocturne.

Mine:

Wave #3 - Demiser

or

Shaia Hishizaki

Bonus Credit:

Abyss Bat

Not posting new ones, since I've been quite slow in answering 'em, but I'll answer two of the ones GH posted earlier for the lulz.

Chambard is a desert town in Tales of Eternia, near to where the Greater Craymel Efreet resides (thus the heat).

Criminal Symphony is one of two moves performable by Ivy in Soul Calibur II (and III, if I recall correctly) which are unblockable throws, do lots of damage, and have ridiculously complex input sequences.
...or they would have ridiculously complex input sequences IF you couldn't shortcut through it by simply rotating the left analog stick thrice in a circle and hitting the attack button at the final direction. :snigger:
