Wow I got fans. Yes that me, and before you ask Chapter 16 is being worked on. It's just been rough trying to get the whole chapter just right. Cause chapter 16, if you can tell from chapter 15, will have full on lemon content. 
That is if I can bring myself to finish it. The HP fic that I'v been working on has been sucking up my alot of my time, but then again, it's been more fun to write. :unsure!: Agena (may as well plug my other story while I'm here.)

Changing Seasons? That's the one where Shinji caresses Hikari's hand in a theater, yes? That's one of the hottest non-sex scenes I've ever read.
Unsung Hero is pretty cool, but I feel the author really piles on the crap in Harry's life to an unnecessary degree, and will even ignore common sense if it means Harry's life can suck just a bit more. I mean, Dumbledore was supposed to have wised up a bit towards Harry several chapters ago, and in the most recent chapters he's suddenly back in retard mode. And James Potter's behaviour in the latest chapter seemed absurd.
Still, the author knows how to leave a cliffhanger.
Unsung Hero is pretty cool, but I feel the author really piles on the crap in Harry's life to an unnecessary degree, and will even ignore common sense if it means Harry's life can suck just a bit more. Disobedience Writer has done some good Harry Potter fics - I particularly recommend A Bad Week at the Wizengamot.
The Innocence of Guilt is a pretty good Unspeakable!Harry fic as well, with all the proper James Bond cliches and, amusingly, an OC codenamed Mary Sue (who doesn't appear to be).

If I ever decided to start writing again the first thing out would be an Epilogue to the HP series. It's up for grabs PM me or start a thread for a discussion if anyone wants to adopt this idea.
Back to the topic at hand. It vexes me that Harry came out sqeaky clean (all nice and two dimensional) in the end. Going through all of those conflicts that our (6) Heroes did, it would leave marks on them forever.
So following that are two stories by wargear.
Harry Potter and the Long Kiss Goodnight
Summary: Just what made Dumbledore so confident that Harry would be safe with the Dursleys? Chapter 9 up, Correspondence.
This story has cliches but for some reason they WORK. Petunia Evans never existed, Holly Evans was under a Memory charm. (Idea adapted from the movie "The Long Kiss Goodnight")
Harry and Ginny have more magic thanks to Voldemort, whose been siphoning it for his spectre form. The squid-brains in the DoM turned on Ron's brain. Neville has been bulking up and taken up fisticuffs to overcome being handicapped magically. Finally Hermione's got increased catlike senses/agility thanks to the poly-kittyjuice.
The years of fighting for their lives have finally paid off, Harry and company are swept off for training.
The next story freaked me out, gave me the creeps midway through but then it came out okay.
Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Neville, and Luna won't be anywhere near okay.

Summary: Harry receives an unusual bequest, and discovers one of the most shocking secrets of the BoyWhoLived.
To sum up this story I have these words, Nietzsche, Himmler, Dumbledore and ?bermensch.
What is shocking is that Harry's rationalization of Dumbledore's motives fits so well with the HP world. Enjoy Reading :evil2:

What cracked me up about The Wizard of Gotham was the gag he had running with Snape. :rofl:
*Ahem* Back on topic, one of the most pointless clichÚs to an HP fic is the Animagus. Not turning into an animal itself but the fact that its tacked on to a shopping spree as an afterthought, following friendly goblins that worded non-legal binding magical wills. :no:
And what do they DO with a kickass new body? Fight alien worms subverting the human race? NO they play pranks! Pranks?!! :headbanger:
Other things that are bad about those fics are the fact that the authors are thinly veiled Furries.
Anthropomorphic cartoon characters are okay.
Imagining Hermione with cute Cat Ears are okay.
Imagining Ginny with a Vixen's Tail might be stunning.
Thinking about fanon Luna wearing a Bunny-girl suit with paw-gloves is my kind of cuppa.
But when muzzles, snouts, pouches, hooves, and other engorged/disjointed/invertebrate body parts come into play thats not fine too! Damnit! :rant: *Deep Breath*
These two stories are the best examples featuring Animagus-centered fics.

Summary:Harry finds an unexpected solution to his friends inability to master the Animagus transformation. Chapter 10 up.
Heh, this is a less serious take on the whole clichÚ. What if their magical animal instincts got the better of them?
What is also a change from clichÚ is the fact that the do it all together (first transformations) at the same time and CHEAT at it too.
The second is much more serious, but a again departs from clichÚ. Featuring !Wall-Crawling Harry, !DrunkenFawkes, and the urge to merge (in Heat). :huh:

Summary: Warning: OotP Spoilers After his fifth year at Hogwarts, Harry is getting worse and worse. Fortunately for Harry, a certain Phoenix decides to do something about it. Rating just to be safe. Not your average Independent!Super!Harry fic. Will be HG, RH
I haven't read that one in a while so, no excerpts.
Going back a bit to fighting alien worms, are there ANY good Harry Potter/Animorphs crossovers.
Maybe one with a happier AU/Post War ending?

A one-shot following Voldemort, after a last battle where his magic was removed forcefully fleeing the scene, and ending up in Massachusetts driving around in a Volvo and painting houses. Surprisingly well done and not a crackfic.

Its an Addams Family crossover! I never liked Pugsley until reading this, her expansion of this old TV series makes this an all time fav. The Wizards won't know what'll hit them.
