Healer mace, you think? I personally see a load of Spellpower and mp5 on the Paladin version (As do we all).
But one thing: I cannot wait for Ashbringer to be deemed acquirable.
Blue post stated that the Ashbringer storyline is being resolved in icecrown.
That means you have to wait thru 3.1 and ulduar, 3.2 and whatever raid instace(s) get added, THEN wait for 3.3 with Icecrown.
And I can't imagine why people are respeccing holy for the Mace... If they weren't raiding holy previously, chances are they're not in a super-awesome guild. And as things stand right now, fragments only drop off bosses beaten in their Hard Mode.
(Hard mode is Hard).
Not only that, but you also have to take down 4 specific bosses in hard mode to gain access to a different boss.
(Some Hard modes are Harder then others).
You then need to beat THAT boss in order to be able to make your mace.
(And then there is Algalon the Raid Destroyer. He feeds on your tears.)
So yeah, don't expect random ret/prot pallies who are respeccing holy randomly to get the mace. You're going to, at least anytime soon, be in a goddamn good guild to even consider getting fragments, and in such aguild there are already established long time healers who would fucking gquit if the mace went to someone who respecced.
