After a chat with Kerrus on MSN, I decided to write down the original myths for my RP campaigns. They actually are where one of my more-often-used OC came from, although I never used it in any of the fics posted here.

In the beginning, it was Chaos - The One Above All. Nothing else existed - just Chaos, without sense nor identity.
From that Chaos, Order sprung forth - Wyrd, the Fatespinner. With Order's birth, Chaos began to slowly acquire identities.
First came Darkness - Shiver, the Queen of the Dark - and the Immutable Darkness enveloped all. Following her was Light - Azriel, the Shining Wing. The Immutable Darkness gave way to the Light of Change, and the Light of Change in return gave way to Darkness again.
Next came Time - Kalen, the Singer of Forever. Thus, the alternating Light and darkness began to have a rhythm. Day and Night, thanks to Kalen, were born.
Last came Reality - Niculae, the Sphere of Eternity. Upon being born, Niculae looked at Order and Chaos's vastness, and shattered in countless pieces. Those pieces each engulfed a portion of the vastness. Thus, the Multiverse was born, countless spheres scattered across a sea of Chaos, and Light, Darkness and Time also began their domain over it.
From these four, all was created. Fire, Earth, Water, Air - the Great Ones' offspring soon scattered across the Multiverses, and the planets and stars were born in their wake. Flarecridia, the raging flames. Serina, the fertile earth. Aselia, the flowing water. Pianna, the pure air.
Then, Light and Darkness saw that something was missing. As marvelous as it was to see, the Multiverse was still and silent. Thus, they gathered their powers and let them become one.
The immutability of darkness and the ever-changing light. Everlasting, yet fleeting, Life was born. And its name was Legion, for they were innumerable.
So the legends speak. That was the Beginning of All. And eventually, The End shall come, when all that was born from Chaos shall once again return to Chaos...
