I'm kind of disappointed that Ibiki is canonically a sadist now.

And apparently the first databook says he's a masochist. :crazy:

I find it interesting that the Naruto Region Combo is specifically stated to have a power that equals even Lee's. Cause we all know first hand just how dangerous Lee is, what with being awed by the incredible power he's unleashed in all those many epic fights he's had in the last 610 or so chapters of the manga.

Like trying to overcome the vaunted Water Prison Jutsu, beating himself up with supreme effort and kicking a stationary target in half.

Truly he was an inspiration.

More seriously, I thought it was shame that he was able to open Five Gates with about a year of training but could only open one more after another four years. Seems like a dramatic lack of progress given that he was pushing himself even harder after recovering from surgery and was straight called a genius of the Gates.

I hadn't realised that Kurotsuchi was actually creating lime dust with her jutsu. I figured it was a semi-liquid substanced that hardened on contact. The "Ash Stone Seal" she has in Boruto make more sense to me now.

The description that the Roushi's jutsu creates "chakra just like melted magma" is a nice reminder that they aren't creating the actual substance itself.

And apparently the Fist Rock from the last series of updates may actually turn the user's hand into rock instead of just covering it with rock.
