Genjutsu: No detailing on how the user gets tired. The description is literally as follows: "It's a type of hypnosis technique that drags the target's mind to an illusory world and may cause confusion or mental and physical exhaustion. The major difference from other jutsu is that it does not affect the target's body directly. There are various kinds of Genjutsu that may be used to attack or to give advantages to the user." Best I can guess is, you lose chakra as long as it's active. (Also, there are damaging Genjutsu, just not as many as those who simply leave you confused.)
Kekkei Genkai: Since the manual is only up to volume 14, it says very little on them, so yeah, it's just that they're genetic stuff, as opposed to the Hiden (Clan skills), which don't really need a particular bloodline or anything, but the method is only really known to the users so they don't teach.
Fuuinjutsu: That's the thing. While it's possible to use it to seal something external (after all, Naruto's seal is confirmed to be a Fuuin), there's nothing about scrolls. As far as I've seen, you can only apply these seals on living beings - not the being sealed, but the being that is the seal. So I think you'd need to use a Juin for that, to be honest. (Oh, and confirmed: the seals themselves may change, but both Orochimaru's seals and the Hyuuga's are called Juin as opposed to Fuuin.)
Haku's ice mirrors are called a Kekkei Genkai, as opposed to just his ability to use Hyouton; that is, it's not a natural jutsu.
