Until that episode, I was underestimating Emerald and Mercury. I knew they were good, but the fight with Pyrrha and the Grimm invasion didn't really do them justice.

Also, I will say that this is the best fight that I've seen so far when it comes to animation. It was a lot smoother than the others.

Pyrrha's got a huge death flag just fluttering in the wind now...

I do like that we finally know what the bad guys are plotting. It more than two seasons but we got there.

Also, Penny is without a doubt the greatest idea Ironwood has ever had. Make that the greatest idea ever.

Though Cinder's speech at the end was particularly scathing I thought, really liking her as a villain.

Emerald can burn for all I care, but I will give credit to Cinder. She's only used a handful of people and has successfully undermined everything they've worked, stripping them of both their power and the people's trust.
