Okay, this has been on my mind since I first saw it, where Hotaru is actually Pegasus's niece.

Could you design a deck just for her, a Sailor Senshi themed deck?

Sailor Mercury: As long as she remains in defense mode, your opponent must take a random number chance, and attack the monster whose number is picked.

Sailor Venus: Sends on male monster into defense mode.

Sailor Moon: As long as she remains on the field, return one Senshi from the graveyard to your hand. If Ginzuishou is equipped, they may be instant summoned to the field.

Sailor Mars:

Sailor Jupiter:

Sailor Saturn: Discard three cards from your deck or hand, and activate Death Reborn Revloution. It destroys all magic, trap, and monster cards. Sailor Saturn then goes to the graveyard, but will return to the field after your third turn.

Sailor Uranus: If summoned, also summons Sailor Neptune to the field.

Sailor Neptune: If summoned, also summons Sailor Uranus to the field.

Sailor Pluto: If destroyed, summon Chibi-Moon to the field in defense mode.

Sailor Chibi-Moon: Attach Ginzuishou and exchange for Neo Queen Serenity II, or attach Jakokusuishou for Dark Lady

Tuxedo Kamen:

Call of the Inners: Any open monster spaces are filled with Inner Senshi cards. Requires one Inner to be on the field.

Call of the Outers: Any open monster spaces are filled with Outer Senshi cards. Requires one Outer to be on the field.

Crystal Tokyo: You are now able to have ten monster cards on the field. However, only Senshi cards can occupy the new row.


So, any suggestions, or ideas from series on your own?

Not really sure how to work it into the Yugioh series, but here's a KotOR themed deck.

Revan: When equipped with Mastery of the Force, Revan's attack and defense points increase by 1000 and 500 respectively.

HK-47: Discard four cards from your deck or hand to activate Assassination Protocols. This allows HK-47 to instantly destroy one of your opponent's monsters, regardless of their attack and defense values. This ability can only be used once every five turns.

Bastila Shan: When in defense mode all monsters on your side gain 500 attack points, and all monsters on your opponents side lose 500 attack points.

Carth Onasi: When equipped with Dual Blasters, Carth's attack raises by 500 points, but his defense drops by 250.

Mission Vao:

Zaalbar: Discard two cards from your deck or hand to activate Wookiee Strength. This increased Zaalbar's attack and defense points by 400 each for four turns.

Juhani:

T3-M4: When in defense mode, is invulnerable to attack.

And here's a rather silly alternative for Carth: When equipped with Orange Jacket of Eyesoreness, Carth loses 1000 attractiveness points, but gains 500 attack points

Special Ability: Discard any combination of five cards, and remove them from play. Destroy any of your opponent's monster cards regardless of strength. May be used every five turns.

Admiral Ackbar Instant: discard all of opponent's trap cards in play without activation. "It's a trap!"

Please, for the love of all that is good, please don't use the anime or manga card effects. The official game doesn't care about the gender of the monster, only the name and its stats.

Gods, I had hoped that I would never remember this game. But seeing as I'm now remembering the game... Please take no offense.

Sailor Venus (Lvl 3, 1450 Atk, 900 Def, Spellcaster, Light): After summoning and at each Standby Phase when face-up, switch all face-up Warrior-type monsters on your opponent's field without "Amazon" in name to Defense position.

Sailor Mars (Lvl 5, 1200 Atk, 1000 Def, Spellcaster, Fire): During each Standby Phase, you may discard a Magic/Spell from Hand or Deck to Graveyard. If discarded from Hand, place two Spell Counters on monster. If discarded from Deck, place one Spell Counter on monster. For every Spell Counter on monster, increase Atk by 250 and increase Def by 350. You may discard three Spell Counters during Main Phase 1 to return three Magic/Spell cards from Graveyard to Hand.

Sailor Jupiter (Lvl 4, 1700 Atk, 1700 Def, Spellcaster, Light): Increase Atk by 100 for each monster with "Sailor" in name on your field. Increase Atk by 500 for each Thunder-type monster on your field.

Tuxedo Kamen (Lvl 1, 1000 Atk, 1000 Def, Warrior, Light): Decrease Atk by 200 for each monster in your opponent's field. Decrease Def by 200 for each monster on your field with "Sailor" in name. If drawn and a "Sailor Moon" is on the field and face-up, Special Summon "Tuxedo Kamen" instantly in face-up Attack position and switch all face-up "Sailor Moon"s into Attack position, position of either monsters can't be changed unless by use of Magic/Spell card effect. If attacked, send this card to the Graveyard before Damage Step (opponent's monster can't attack again this turn). If sent from the field, Deck, or Hand to the Graveyard, Special Summon this card instantly to the field in face-up Attack position.


Tuxedo Kamen... useless little bugger that you just can't get rid of. :sweat2:

I was designing a Negima set a while back... forget what all I had figured out though... was going to have summoning effects on Negi, a few 'leveling' effects, a common equip card "Artifact"... it was going to be a pretty badass set, but fairly balanced.

I...can't believe I did this, but oh well. I blame Yu-Gi-Oh Wold Championship 2007 and a friend for sending me a copy of the rom for said game. It was a while back, but it did do a good job of familiarizing me with the rules a little too well.

I think I made some of these a little too strong and synergetic, but oh well. I did also give mention to a real game monster (Time Wizard), but I thought he fit pretty well as a fusion component for a future time period character.

I'm also considering making a REAL deck for Hotaru, which I'd imagine would be based around either the types spellcaster or fairy, or the attribute dark. Damn you Innortal for actually putting the thought in my head. Or even getting me to the point that I wanted to do the above. Damn you. *shakes fist at you*
