328. Due to recent actions by a 'certain person' who shall remain nameless, all inter-dimensional travel is now restricted, and bringing any persons from Non-Administered Worlds is now BANNED.

329h: Muten Roshi should be advised as per rule 25 that while they may have adult bodies (in adult mode) Vivio Takamachi, Einhard Stratos and Rio Wesley are still minors (severely so) and any "unprofessional" behavior on his part will result in a very violent conversation with Captain Takamachi , Enforcer Harlaown and Corporal Nakajima.
